[Resolved]  Avenues India Private Limited — REFUND OF FAILURE OF TICKET BOOKING

I was trying to book tickets from PVR site on 23th Dec and everything was done, payment and all.
But suddenly system showed transaction failed error, which was "Transaction failed, amount will be refunded"
But till now i am waiting for my refund.

State Bank of India — my flight refund not credited in my sbi account

I , Mr Hitesh k solanki was trying to recharge my videocon mobile online, by using sbi internet banking , i have made transaction for the recharge of rs 59 from the Avenues India PVT. LTD ... the company has done fraud as i havent got any recharge nor i got refund . I have contacted Videocon mobile service first they have told me that your recharge has been done then after they have told me that you are being cheated as this co. has not being given any authority for recharge .

Ref no of my payment is INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd CCA11EAZI965IG51542789 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE 59.00 . So tell me who is responsible for this Neither videocon co is not providing any recharge or refund nor Avenues India PVT LTD.
Please take any action against this kind of service provider.Do the need ful in this matter.

I recharged on a moble number as :-[protected]of rs.125 only. money had deducted from my account (State Bank Of India) but recharge failed. i can see on my account statement that

02-June-2011 TO TRANSFER INB CCavenue Bills Ref No:-CCA11FAUF448IG52992438 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE amount 125.00

But There is no recharge happened to the above mobile number.


Please help me regarding this issue

Airtel — Payment made on 26/04/2011 not been credited till date

Dear Sir,

I have airtel connection #[protected], in the month of april 2011 i made a payment of Rs 1200/- on 26/04/2011 against this connection via netbanking of HDFC BANKltd

But till date credit has not been processed by airtel however my a/c is debited and no refund received from hdfc bank.

Confirmation received from hdfc bank has been fwd to airtel but they dont agree upon that they a/c statement, which has been sent so many times. One hard copy has also been sent which they received.

Pls help !!! as again and again they just fwd preformatted emails pls provide scan copy?

We have tried to recharge the MTS Phone at 08:00 PM 05-Oct[protected]Oct-2011) through online sbi account vide ref.
