unotherised deduction

There is online deduction of Rs.15246/- from my account on 25/05/2010 account number 00000030293141715 brach naninaroli,surat.
This transaction done with out my knowledge/conent.
kindly give details & transfer the moneyback to my account.

the above few deductions was made from my bank account with my knowledge,

kindly explain the deduction for wat purpose it was happend? and refund that amount at the earliest.
