Axis Bank - ATM Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,
On 30th April 2012 i did two transaction from ATM for a sum of Rs.500 & 200 and both the time i Didn't recive the money from ATM but my account get Cr. by bank and even after two week of this happened i didn't recived my money bank. I requested you to please take an action to get my Money back in my account. My account No. is 910010018381961.
