Hi,
I have salary account with Axis bank, Cochin branch.
They had deducted 300Rs+ 30.90(Service Tax @10.30%) from my account, when i asked them why this happened they told me that I can have only 3 transaction allow in a month.
If my transaction increase by 3 then I will be charged by 50Rs + Service Tax per transaction. As far as I know no bank has such rules and it is nowhere stated in their site. And their customer care is the worst, they wont even reply to your emails and in phone-banking you have to try several times.
Has anybody having the same issues?

yes i hav same issue, plz help me..
they deducted 750 and 78 rs as service tax frm my acc 910010006383724
its ridiculous..
they never mentioned any such charges. nor their website. that have caused lots of displeasure in my mind about the bank.

I am operating Savings Bank account in Lokhandwala Complex Branch, Now my account is no more a salary account. Just now when i was checking the status again they have deducted Rs.50/- + Service Tax (10.30%). This has been deducted without Informing us.
This is really a hight of stupidity already more than Rs.2400/- has been deducted by way of consolidated charges account and again why this bastards have deducted Rs.50/-.
With great faith and trust we are operating the accounts with them and this idiot basterds stab on the back.
I do not have anything to say, This multinational banks are the worst bank i have ever faced.
I suggest do not open any account with this bank.
This Banks are fraud

I have an saving account. Now it is 27 jun 2011 suddenly 800 rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c..

My Name is Satish Sabharwal and i Have an Saving account with axis bank. they have deducted rs 1250 on 26-12-2011from my account on account of consolidated charges. as we are not aware of this rule. too... from opinion it is better to close our accounts from this private banks. My salary is not more than 14000 and it is very much difficult to survive in they deduct such a big amount without any information and notification. So Please take care of it.

Axis bank is the worst bank that i have ever seen on this earth, people who got a salary account kindly get it changed to different back, its a friendly opinion.

ya i agree with ur statement
today near about rs 2100 has been deducted on the name of cosolidated account charge and they are not telling about any detail of this charge...

i am also faced this same issue Rs 2800 debited as consolidated charges .
Charge for not maintaining minimum balance - 500
charge per transactions Rs 100 per transaction - (Rs 100 * 22 = 2200)
this is really worst . transaction charge they should detect with the transactions itself. not at the end of year. This is really fraud.
I dont want to have any relationship with axis bank. i am closing my account . In future i wont go with axis bank . i would suggest everyone not to go with axis bank for anything.

Consolidated charges for A/c ?
Hi,
I have saving account with Axis bank, Katihar Branch.
They had deducted Rs. 1000/- + 103/- (Service Tax @10.30%) from my account.
Has anybody having the same issues?
If yes then they can close the account immediately other wise this chotta bank "can chuna lagayega sab ko"

Axis bank is real cheater. they charge Consolidated Charges for more than 3 transactions. I made only 3 transactions and they deducted the Consolidated Charges.

fraud bank...wisely collecting taxes on wat they hav deducted to give the share to government...thats why no actions has been taken till now...kindly stay away from these kinds of cheats.

What is the meaning of Consolidated Charges for A/c of Axis Bank ? I am having Zero Balance account and having zero balance till entire month or for two mothh, but as and when money is creditted in the account, bank is debiting somewhat ammount 100/200/300 with intrest immediately.
Answer is needed for the Consolidated Charges for A/c of Axis Bank.

hi i m amarendra kumar having saving a/c in axis bank 910010046998755. bank have deducted from my a/c Rs 750 as a consilidating charge and 57 Rs as service taxes.i have complained in my operational bank they told me some time latter it come back, but 6 month happen its not come axis bank is most bikhari bank india.

Sir I have a saving Account in Axis bank, As the rule I can have Zero balance .
But on 24th September 2012 They have Debit my account without informing me .
I am giving the details of the debit money.
1 24/09/2012 Consolidated Charges for A/c Rs 750.00
2 24/09/2012 Service Tax @12.33% on Charge Rs 92.70

plase change the axis bank for God foe shake they make fool because they are fool and chore
my ac no 007010100386845 salary ac my wife last 2 month they deducted more than 1000 rs almosr 250 every month

I also lost my money in a same way and same amount on same date as Anantappa...This is soo ridiculous...
If anyone get any positive approach from the bank then please post ur experience without forget.
Even if they return the money i will surely close my account...
