I have applied for AXIS credit card,
Application Date-23/8/2007
This Application is received by your Representative at in front of Chennai-50,Paddi ATM .
NOTE: Your representative is not given any application ref.no/ any receipt for my application.
but i have not received any status for that. So many times i called up in customer care but nobody picking the phone.
Please inform to me, my application status.
I am also having salary a/c in Axis bank

i am apply for a new Debit Card(ATM) and your worker not give me ATM card. he is saying everyday to come Tomorrow and Tomorrow or next week.

after 1 Month and 15 days he is repeat this word.

I am asking in nabha branch that tell me account status they reply me that status does not show on server about your account. when i applied for open account then they tell me that your account will be open in 4 days. but account cant be open at present date... This is very bad service...

This to inform that, this bank is so irrelavant that, they are denaying the credit card application without any resons.In my case the application number:2023629.They are saying the process is declained.can i know for what reasons it is declained?

Debasish from Chennai. My customer id is[protected] and i just want to activate power transfer option which is not reflected at this moment. I have been trying to call customer care since this morning also mylapore branch and no one picked the call, can any one help me to activate the power transfer option. This option was activated earlier but now i don't know why its not ...so please activate..

Axis Bank REALLY SUCKSSSSS! SUCKS BADLY!

This is my experience

# Account opening time: 10days, I was told that my ATM card was sent to a different address, then had to go to the bank to collect it.

#Inward remittance: they took 5 days to clear a USD inward remittance, poor exchange rate + 350rs fee

# The worst part ; The a**hole at the forex counter cant allow me to send even 10$ to fund my e-wallet. That mother[censored]er was soo stuborn that i had to withdraw all my funds in impulse.

#Their Visa electron card never works online.

#The most arrogant d**k su**ing bankers ive ever seen work at Axis bank!!!

STAY FAAAAR AWAY FROM AXIS BANK !!!

With out my permission Axis Bank Sent me a Insurance policy through My Axis Bank Credit Card No.[protected].I contact ie Bank custamer care more than 10 times.They inform me that what was the amout I purchased through card ie amout pay and Insurance thay can adjust on next bill. Thease thinks happends on before 3years back.One year back final settle ment was over Now my Payment due was zero. But I cant use the card Now I want to use My Mob No.[protected] Anilkumars.Cochin

Please take a needfull action as early as possible

Hello,

I was holding the CREDIT CARD of AXIS Bank. I have called them so many times to activate the net banking to pay the bills so I should not waste my time going to different centers for payment. There was no follow up after my call from the customer care and I waste all my money and got long bill of my mobile. I have also sent them many emails but no follow up after that also.
Even after closing the account they are still sending the bills to me. I have sent them emails regarding this but still there is no follow-up. I have all the logs if anybody is interested for the same.

I request everybody that NEVER USE AXIS CREDIT CARD. They are very very bad.
