With reference to the credit card number [protected] in AXIS BANK I have used the card for just Rs 2500. But suddenly debited Rs 9204 from my saving account number 00305686 still they are harassing me to pay more money. I am working in a MNC and I was holding the salary account in AXIS bank. At the time of processing my credit card application bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card but in my first statement I found that all charges they made and sent a credit statement to my address. I lodged a complaint against the same complaint id 112385.



You have taken a sufficient time to resolve my complint id. I didn’t get any information or reply from your end.

The Consolidated Charges from My A/c is deducted even after m mantaning the Minimum Balance of rs 5000/- per Quarter.

Dear Sir,

My name is Pankaj kumar Gupta I m account holder of Axis bank my axis bank account number is [protected] on dated 18th January 2010 between 12.30pm to 1 pm my ATM card lost. I immidate block my ATM card by request number HSR159724 and ask about the balance and balance was Rs. 6158/-. Now that I feel balance is correct but on dated 20th January 2010 I again ask about balance and balance is Rs. 4800 something I surprised how is that possible when my Card has been blocked then how anyone can do shopping. SO I would request you immidate take action on this and return back remaining balance as soon as possible in my Axis bank account.

Respected Sir,
With due respect, I would like to state that I Arpita Deb bearing the Account (No.[protected] have found that
an amount of Rs. 35, 318 has been misplaced from my account without my knowledge.The ATM card was issued to me by Silchar Branch.From past 6 years I have been studing in St.Petersburg.I completed my MBBS and came back to India on June, 2009.
Presently I am in Delhi preparing myself for MCI test.Regular transactions have been made from Delhi.On 3rd Dec, 2009 my father have deposited Rs.20, 000 in my acoount.So in order to widrew the money I inserted the ATM card and found that the amount of Rs.35, 318 was missing from my account.So, immediately I contacted the Silchar Branch Authority regarding the matter.I have sent an application from delhi to the bank authority in silchar on 4th Dec, 2009.The Application was recieved on 7th Dec, 2009.My parents have also submitted an application on 4th Dec, 2009.They went to the Bank every alternate day requesting the manager to investigate the matter but yet the problem is not solved.It has been more than 2 months that our problem is not solved.It seems that the transaction has been done by the Russian federation.So, as i am in delhi and only 1 ATM card has been issued by the bank how come the transaction can be done in Russia.When we consulted the Silchar Branch authority regarding the transaction they have handed over a bank statement for A/C No: [protected] regarding the transaction which is not the solution of the ATM dispute.Till today neither the amount have been returned in the aforsaid account nor any satisfactory reply have been given by the Bank Authority.My studies are hampered due to the loss of the amount.The Transaction shown as per statement:-
1) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:24/1000.00/643.
2) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.
3) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:25/7500.00/643.
4) 1/12/2009-CASH ATM/[protected]/301109/19:26/5000.00/643.

I did not make the above transactions.So, i would like to know-
a) How can such an amount be missing from my account?
b) Where is the bank security which is being promised to be given to the Account/Card holders?
I therefore earnestly request you to investigate the matter and help me in getting back the lost amount as soon as possible.Awaiting for your quick action as it will be highly appreciated.Please consider my case sympathitically and do Whatever is further needed.

Axis Bank — Non Issuance Of Secured Credit Card

Sir/madam,
I'm holding an S/B a/c with rajouri garden branch (new delhi) for the last 5 years!I'm pretty satisfied with the services provided to me.But after reading an article i applied for a "SECURED CREDIT CARD" against an FD of Rs25000/- & i was assured by an executive of axis bank that you'll receive your credit card within max. of 15 days.I applied for credit card on 3rd july 2010 and got a receipt of my FD on 6th july.I waited for about 21 days & then enquired about it.I was amazed to kow that no progress has been made since then as name of my account is "ANKUR KUMAR SETHI" where as i provided documents showing as "ANKUR KUMAR" .I've given all legal documents showing my father name & DOB for confirmation.

After 5 days,the executive keep on repeating that your name issue has been resolved as our branch manager conveyed that you are the legitimate person as per their records.But toay(3rd august) i visited the bank & was shocked to know that nothing has been done & my status is still "PENDING"!

I contacted customer centre but still no help!!!!What shall i do know????

I have a salary Account in the Axia bank, Koyembedu, Chennai.
Today i went to ATM to collect money. i have checked my balance . it showed that i have Rs.2683 /-. after that i given a command for Cash with drawl, that time some problem has occured in that atm system. The Security who is working in the Ambattur branch Atm has told that, that is the satellite problem which happens often there. so that system did not respond for the with draw command . so i did not receive any money from that . But after that i checked my balance, it shows that i have only Rs. 83/- Balance.

What should i do now? today is the holiday for the bank and tomorrow also the holiday. i have tried for the customer care number, but they did not attend my call.
Please help me?

Axis Bank — not issuing the bills and charging late payment charges and harssing over phone

This is naveen who had taken credit card and was not receiving the statement on time after reporting to axis bank customer care and met official axis bank @ mg road in person ,after some time excecutive called me for the payment with latepayment charges included ,so i requested them send me the statement along with the expalanation from axis bank manager on the company letterhead later i have informed the same to all the executives till now but non of them reverted back
now ececutives have started harrsing me over the phone telling they are the managers and few days back Ms Asha gave me call for payment and i expalined i can pay u by installments because my father has expired and i have spent more than 3 lakhs same ,she reverted back and told manager has agreed for settlement ,and make the payment pay 10 installaments 1000 per month and the total amount i need to pay is RS10000
but person by name raju and ravi called for the same and was very rude and harrased me to pay the amount immdiately so plz help me reslove this concern

AXIS BANK, — No response for my fund transfer request and complaint

I have submitted a request letter to activate my fund transfer in Axis Bank Koramangla. As per them, it would have teken 2 working days for this to be acticated. After sending 5-6 reminder mails as well as launching a complain at their call centre, I have still not recieved a single correspondence from the Bank neither has any action been taken to activate my fund transfer. I wonder how this bank is running given such a pathetic customer service.

I am Kavita Srivastava, having an account in Axis Bank, DLF Gurgaon Branch. My A/c No. is [protected]. I withdrew an amount of Rs. 4, 000 on 6th Jan 2012 from Bank of India ATM, Munirka Branch but I didn’t get the cash and the amount got deducted from my account. On 14th Jan 2012, the whole amount got credited to my account but again Rs.3, 500 was deducted as Lien amount which has yet not been refunded back after numerous calls to your customer service department.

Now I request you to kindly look into this matter and let me know when I would receive my whole amount back. I also want to know what is lien amount and why it has been deducted from my account.
