Personal — Unbale to get New pin no. for my Debit Card. One Year getting over now.

I have a savings account with Bankof India at Rash Behari Avenue Branch, KOlkata 700029.

A debit card was also issued.

I misplaced the Pin number and I am unable to use the Debit, Crad, now for almost last year .

My requests at the Branch and messages at yourcard services thorugh email have given no result till date.

Kindly advise how to get the new pin number OR should I surrender the card in finallity.

Axis Bank — Being late of providing debit card by 6 months and cancelling it too

I need a debit card for which I applied in March 2009 at Axis bank, Baripada Branch for the customer id[protected]. It has been almost 4 months and I have not still got it and I'm a minor. In march, the agent of Axis Bank told me and my guardian that it can be possible, now they are telling me it is not possible!!! What the heck is this? They should have told us this matter before in March, they told us in June and when we asked them about it! it clearly shows that they did not care for customer satisfaction at all. It is my great mistake to choose such a bank. they should immediately issue me a debit card as my money is going to come from internet. Please help us.

Credit Card — change in address,cancel auto debit & new renewed card

Though I have reported to your Jaipur office on phone regarding my change of address from 30 co operative society, behind rathi petrolpump, sodala jaipur to the following new address, all the correspondences are made to the very same old address which makes me in trouble to get them.and i could not pay the amount in time always I have to pay fine

second thing so Marney time I informed on phone that kindly remove my Auto debit instruction becz.I am not operating that icici bank account so unnecessarily I am paying fine for less balance

one more thing Still I have not received my new renew credit card once it came to my old address before more then one year back, instead of my several reminder on customer care on phone till time I have not received the new renewed card

I therefore, request you to update the change of address, removed my Auto Debit instruction and send my new renewed card all further correspondences may be made to the new address and also by email .
