Axis Bank Complaints
An Amount of Rs. 6150/- has been debitted from my account on 29th september 2008 saying it is a consolidated charges for accounts now i am having a savings accounts in bank so if due to improper maintaining of quarterly balance the amount deduct should be not more than 750/- so now plz help me regarding the matter or can i file a case against the axis bank in RBI, kindly help me.

Sir, I applied for DDA flat under DDA Housing Scheme 2010 and submitted my application alongwith bank draft of Rs 1, 50, 000/- with axis bank paschim vihar new delhi videDD no 05167 Dt 18/12/2010. Form No 0422748 and it was recd by them with Sl No 096/GEN/310.The draw was held on 18/04/2011 and I was not declared sucessful. As per conditions laid down inthe form at the time of applying, the concernd branch where the form was deposited was supposed to refund the amount before 30/04/2011.After this date the bank is liable to pay interest. I am sorry to say that till date I have not rceived the refund cheque.
I contacted the bank branch to inquire for the refund status, but the reply of bank was very disappoiting. I was handed over the telephone nos of the courier agency as 32078973-74 &43503669 and advised me to contact Ms Geeta.It is clear indication that the bank is not co-operating and shirking its basic responsibility of refunding my money and earning interest by holding refund cheques. Bank should immediately refund the money with interest for the delayed perriod

I also known about the worst bank in the world which is AXIS BANK, I never seen the bank which is deducting money from customer account without customer consent.
Worst service bank in the world
Always server or network disconnected while taking money from ATM
Improper statement from customer care if you catching the telephone line
Never sent bank monthly statement to any customers

I am book the train ticket(30-Jun-2011) online [www.IRCTC.co.in] site through the Net Banking with Axis Bank. Amount is taken, but train ticket was not booked. So refund the amount as soon as possible.

I registered on Netsecure Webpin service I got sms from it but there's no Code or I didn't see it. I want to deregister the service.I can't any pay bill by Online.
Kindly Help me to come out of this at the earliest.

Axis Bank Is a big theif, they have already been bankrupt earlier (Remember UTI) and they are again on the same path, eating peoples hard earn money is there pleasure, the staff of AXIS BANK BRANCH SAPNA SANGEETA ROAD INDORE is so ill mannered and unsensable that they openly said to a normal customer that " we don't want your a/c, what you give to us 1-2 lacs. we need big a/c's and if you can't bear with us simply, close your a/c."
Highly unsensable people, god knows how there bank is working...

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am holding account no. 176010100001380 with your Rudrapur Branch office.I opened account of all my staff when your Branch opened at Rudrapur ( Uttarakhand ).We were assured Debit card will be issued to all account holders. However all staff members got Debit card but envelope received by me contained only PIN details . I informed your Mktg. Executive and he assured that I will get the card in a month but again I recevied envelope with PIN details. There after I was transferred to Mumbai in 2005. As I am staying at Panvel ( Raigad District) I am taking services of your Panvel Branch. At Panvel also I tried to get debit card but here also same thing repeated . So all I did was tore the envelope and PIN details into peices as they were of no use to me and gave up idea of Debit card of your Bank. But to my surprise in the month of March, 2011 by your letter ref: 00001380/1760024467/M/LED1/-13/03/2011 you have sent International debit card. You have mentioned that current PIN is to be used and no new PIN is being issued . Further termas and coonditions booklet will issued separately. As I had not requested for this card I understand that there will be no ANNUAL FEE, if so please arrrange to send book let and terms conditions and new PIN as do not have any. I hope this time things will move in right direction. An immediate action will be appreciated as I am likly to be transferred in a month's time.

I have issue for Account Activation, This is the worst bank I have seen in my life. Really great service I am getting from Axis. If these people are not liable to pay service than I don't know why, are making us fool.
Axis is a bucket if fault services... and more than that. I am lacking of words to say about Axis Bank.

I have booked ticket through IRTC but Amount (Rs 3022/-) drawn my Visa card(4718640000125243)but i did not receive ticket the same .
pls look this matter & solve my problem, and return my amount in my account.

This is Shalomiyal singh On Friday (9-12-12), I tried to withdraw an amount (6900) from the STATE BANK OF MYSORE branch.ROHINI. The transaction was failed due to satellite link problem and slip show transaction -rejected.
after that I got a SMS from axis bank and I have found that the amount 6900 was debited from my account at it is irrespective of failed transaction. So Please give my amount back, I give my rent to my landlord already I am late to pay him.

Dear Sir,
As per the above subject, I am Jay Prakash Pathak, want to inform you that my Salary account is with your Branch. My account No.911010054685455, I used by debit card on dt. 18/11/2011 to pay online fee payment to “CTET REGISTRATION” INR 511/-, Desktop Machine displays a message "Transaction time Out", So cash & transaction Slip is not received from Central Board of Delhi. Then I checked it on 18/11/11 by mobile message at 02:14 it shows the amount of Rs 511/- is debited from my account on Dt. 18/11/2011.

Worst service. The Branch Manager of Axis Bank (Pumping Station, Nasik) is a complete shit on the chair. While opening account, they talk so sweetly and run behind us as dogs and I had confirmed about Pass book, they said anyone from family can come and collect it from Branch. Now I am in Mumbai for health treatment, and these shit people are saying I need to personally attend the bank and collect the Pass Book. Bloody shit on the Branch managers face. I will publish this all over the internet.

maine ek offer ke tehat 1000 se account open kiya tha jo mujhe bank se mile jankari me bataya gaya tha ki 3 months me 1000 ka balane matain karnana 1 year account chala raha hu phir bhi mujhe 3312 ka charge ki jo maine account ko mainten kiya tah 2246 bank helpline no par call karne par bolte hai aapka charge wrong kiya gaya hai aap branch se sampark karo branch bolte hai charges sahi kiya gaya hai please help me RBI
