An Amount of Rs. 6150/- has been debitted from my account on 29th september 2008 saying it is a consolidated charges for accounts now i am having a savings accounts in bank so if due to improper maintaining of quarterly balance the amount deduct should be not more than 750/- so now plz help me regarding the matter or can i file a case against the axis bank in RBI, kindly help me.
As per the above subject, I am Jay Prakash Pathak, want to inform you that my Salary account is with your Branch. My account No.911010054685455, I used by debit card on dt. 18/11/2011 to pay online fee payment to “CTET REGISTRATION” INR 511/-, Desktop Machine displays a message "Transaction time Out", So cash & transaction Slip is not received from Central Board of Delhi. Then I checked it on 18/11/11 by mobile message at 02:14 it shows the amount of Rs 511/- is debited from my account on Dt. 18/11/2011.

I have 4 accounts with Axis bank. Recently I requested for a cheque book and its been over 45 days, I haven't received one yet. In addition, these guys have somehow blocked my debit card and I can not make a transaction online. The current Branch head G. Shesh Kumar is a person with no responsibility. When I walked into the branch and lodged a complaint, he started ridiculing me.
The staff of the bank is not professional enough and the receptionist cant even talk proper hindi, forget about english. The management is hotch potch and they care a damn for customer service. Incidentally, I fall under HNI category but they dont seem to care for it.
Worst service. The Branch Manager of Axis Bank (Pumping Station, Nasik) is a complete shit on the chair. While opening account, they talk so sweetly and run behind us as dogs and I had confirmed about Pass book, they said anyone from family can come and collect it from Branch. Now I am in Mumbai for health treatment, and these shit people are saying I need to personally attend the bank and collect the Pass Book. Bloody shit on the Branch managers face. I will publish this all over the internet.

Never contact Mr Elumalai, 9840866087, Ms Deepa, 044-64525237 of Axis bank for perosnal loans, they are bledy cheats. They will talk good to you but laugh at your behind. They ruthless idiots with no helping tendencies.

I am working with Shriniwas Rainbow Developes as a Sr Accountant.
Our whole salary is processed through your axis bank, hinjewadi branch, pune.
Also we are having one current account in the name of Shriniwas Rainbow Develoers at your
axis bank, hinjewadi branch, pune .
I am looking after the whole accounts of Shriniwas Rainbow Developers.
The matter is i am using your axis bank credit card since last 6 months.
Your staff Mr Sudhir Gupta did not mentioned about the charges thoroughly when opened the credit card account.
When I asked about the charges of late payment he did not mentioned thoroughly and just replied nothing to worry
it will be some thing higer than your bank interest.thats all.
Every month the credit card using amount auto debited from my salary account.
But last month it was something i, e approx 1500/- was short in my salary account to repay the credit card account.
So for this mistake axis bank have charged Rs.1500/- ( Bounced charges + penalty + interest )
When i phoned to Mr Sudhir Gupta your employee who is working at your axis bank credit card division, hinjewadi, pune branch
about the charges he replied me very rough manner.
What he replied i am mentioning here. " I just opened your credit card account, but i can not explain you about the
charges, it is the duty of our higher authority to give explanation about the charges."
This is for your kind information that I am a valued customer of your axis bank.
I am unable to pay the charges of Rs.1500/-. I can pay the bounce charges i, e 300/- + s.t + interest charges, but i request
you not to charge any other charges to me.
Please consider my application and do the needful.
I am thinking to stop all the transaction with your axis bank, hinjewadi, pune branch.
Again I request to the axis bank authorities to reconsider my application and reverse the charges as well.

6 PM ON 30/08/2012 but all of sudden ATM stopped working and it did not deliver requested amount. Rupess 400 has been debited from my account after that . Kindly take proper action and credit 400 Rs. in My account.
Good after noon sir i have droped a chq. in bangalore basavangudi branch on 10.09.12 but till date it has not been cleared our credit card due date is on 14.09.12, we have contact basavangudi branch but they are not giving proper response, they are telling we do not have any information about credit card you can contact custmer care, but we are trying to call them but there was no respons. which is the way to contact axis bank credit card department. please help us.
I have a savings a/c with Axis Bank.I want to Know the reason of money reduction from my account (a/c no.911010034315312)on 24-09-12. Inspite of having sufficient a/c balance in my a/c which i checked and confirmed on 23-09-12 your bank has returned my cheque unpaid on 24-09-12(cheque no.-765984)which has effected my reputation .As a customer of your Bank I want to know a genuine reason for this reduction and I also want the refund of my hardly earned money which has been deducted without any information to me.If my a/c balance is sufficient for my cheque till 23-09-12(as i confirmed it on 23/9)then how can the bank return my cheque unpaid on the next day itself i.e.24-09-12.I want a valid answer from the Bank to the earliest so please consider it as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that I have opened an savings a/c on 01.10.12 at Muchipara More Branch with a cash deposit of Rs 10000/- & the a/c no has been alloted on that very date. I have the counterfoil of deposit receipt where the a/c no has been enumerated.
I have received one cheque dated 06.1012 & while presented the same today in the branch for crediting the same to my a/c, it was informed to me that they cannot do so as the a/c has been activated on 09.10.12. They even advised me to go to the issuing authority ( here it is the post master of Howrah head office ) to issue a new cheque changing the date suitably which should be later than 9.101.12.
I strongly object to this act of your branch & request you to accept the cheque for crediting to my a/c which was opened on 01.10.12 with clear cash deposit & allotment of a/c no. The delay in activation at any date afterwards is your internal matter & denial of providing service to the customer for the reason not attributable to me is not acceptable .
