Very poor banking services

Dear Sir,

I am an account holder of Axis Bank Ltd., Bankura Branch, Bankura-722101 (W.B) vide A/c No. [protected].
I have already applied for cheque book through Mobile message and instructed me to contact the nearest branch in this regard.
As per instruction I meet the Bank Official for getting cheque Book in my Zero balance a/c especially for Women but the Bank Official
suggest me not to entitle the Cheque Book in Zero Balance A/c.
I am to request you whether you are to concurrence with this suggestion that the Zero Balance a/c holders are not entitle to get Cheque
Book. Awaiting your reply.

i have requested for Axis back cheque book multiple times through mobile app within last 3 months but still I did not get it, when I visit to branch they it will come soon and when I call to customer care so called worst customer care they never respond well, don't know why they are running that, worst bank experience I have ever had. it is my salary account otherwise I would have closed that worst bank account. very frustrated.
