Axis Bank / Credit Card — wrong bills
I am an axis bank harassed customer , I applied for the card when axis bank executive told me that the card will be free for lifetime for me as it’s a corporate card but in the 1st statement only I got the joining fees added . so I called the customer care where I was told that the amount is been levied on you by mistake and promised me that it will be reverted back I also requested for the cancellation of card because of very poor service ( complaint number is 18006) but now I am getting a statement which says 1131.50 as outstanding for me I don’t understand how you people can levy this to me .I want all the outstanding to be reverted back and my card to be cancelled as soon as possible because I don’t want to be a customer of such a bank which unnecessary harasses its customer and make false promises.
