Axis Bank — my debit card blocked

I have to say that i am the user of axis bank service.my online banking debit card is blocked.In axis bank. i have saving account in the name of Preeti Sachdev, my debit card no is [protected].And i complian so many time but no action should be taken form the bank.I am so irritated about this.please take any action sir.my contacting no is [protected]
