Axis Bank Gold Visa Card — need your urgent help. | |
Dear sir/madam my self Dina Patel I have a credit card since last 1 and 1/2 year. i have account in your axis bank (surat branch gohddod road )and i had register for auto pay from net banking fro your card. During feb'2008 i got bill amount rs 347.00 of credit card. i alreday paid yet i have to paid penalty. from your bank any lady was call me and told me that we will deduct amount in next bill. Still there is nothing clarification regarding this matter. After that i alert and check net banking each 1st date after paid a bill is clear or not? again same matter happen today. this time bill is 3101.00. now i m tired to communicate with your employee. i have credit card from your bank, i have account from bank. what's problem? i need not any extra facilities. but i need not any mess. i am your customer since last 9 years. but i feel now that i have close my credit card and account both. now i am really disappoint from your system and you. following details are given regarding bill which fail from your site. my account no is [protected] and my cell no is [protected] id: amount date [protected] 3101.00 30/06/2008 [protected] 347.00 29/02/2008 if any body can help...then please i request you clear this matter Was this information helpful? | |
