I am Subbhalakshmi. I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords one month before. Two passwords are given, And please let me know what are those 2 passwords. I am Mohit. I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords Ten month before. Two passwords are given, than after I login my account and say change your passward.but than after when i entered my password but your site says that wrong password and than after locked my mail.

I have salary account with axis bank. I have sending money with e-connect facility. Recently at 09/12/2008 i have sending 3800/- rupees to Andhra Bank, Kamareddy Branch with using the iconnect facility. Today is 19/12/2008. But still now it was not deposited in andhra bank. But it was deducted in my account. Many times i phone to axis bank. But they were not giving correct reasong. I also filed a paper complaint. But there was not reply. My account no. is [protected], KPHP Colony Branch.
Please sort out this issue immediately.

I am Mr. N. Nagabhushan having account in Axis bank. I am encountering the problem while entering into the internet banking site. The site accepts ID and password and take to the account page. From there if i press operative accounts tab it will disappears ones and the "Application security error!!" will come. This is happening continuously and there is no use of internet banking through iconnect.
I am frequenty using netbanking service of different banks, but i never get the problem as in case of Axis. This is happening countinuously and it is taking to me to frustation.
The administrator has to rectify this problem and it has to be user friendly to the customer. So i request you to kindly solve the problem of disappearing of main menus after signing on.
Check below the message of error which displays always, although any one of the following action has not done:
APPLICATION SECURITY ERROR !!
This error has occured for one of the following reasons :
You have used Back/Forward/Refresh button of your Browser.
You have clicked twice on any options/buttons.
You have kept the browser window idle for a long time.
You have logged in from another browser window
You are accessing the application URL from a saved or static page.
You have not used "Microsoft Internet Explorer" Browser.
Pls. rectify the site.
