[Resolved] Axis Bank — NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE | |||
I received my AXIS bank Meal Card when i opened the covering/ welcome letter it was folded and pasted on corner, when i opened the letter the user ID was written on beow right corner where it was pasted and at the time of opening the user id got damaged and i was not able to read it. I wrote a letetr to the bank officials on 02nd April 2011 and i received a unique ref no. The confirmation email said that they will get in touch with me within 48 hrs. Till 7th April there was no reply or no one got in touch. Then i wrote the below reply still there is no response from them. Below email written on 7th April 2011: Kindly refer my Unique ref no 2023997. It is more that 120 hrs and i havent received any reply from you. Below it is written you will get in touch within 48 hrs. If you have a online system for checking of the grievence do send me a link where i can checkthe status of my ref no.
