[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit Card Transaction for Airline Ticket without booking the ticket | |||
I intended to book two tickets from Delhi to Cochine for 29.5.2011.I searched the goggel.com and directed to site www.zoomtra.com. I filled the details and redirected to site riyaconnect.com. I made payement for two tickets ammounting to Rs.9872/- through my Axis Bank Crdit card No [protected] in the morning of 10.5.2011 around 5.20am. Whole process of payment was completed through HDFC Gate way . But at the end there was a message on the site of riyaconnect.com that there was some error and ticket could not be booked. I did not recieve any message on my mobile No [protected] regarding any transaction which i generally get immidiately after any transaction. It was written on the web page to contact company call center No[protected]. I made first phone call to the number at 5.25 am but there was no response. I again repeated the whole process and tried to book two tickets for same dates for same flight of Indigo departing at 6.20 from Delhi. and again made payment from same credit card. But again the same thing happened. Repeated phone calls remainde unanswered. After about two hours i recieved message from axis bank regrading two transactions for Rs 9872/-from my credit card.where no ticket has been booked and no mail has been recieved in my email [protected]@gmail.com.
