[Resolved]  Axis Placement Consulting — Had taken mony or original certificate for providing job

one of the worst consultants that I met. They make fun of candidates, I was there today and They don't focus on every individual who come for the interview in their consultancy, They just give the priority to those people who are good looking especially Female's. I went their for the interview for the back-end process for convergys, but without even talking or taking my first round, they just give me the piece of paper to write about a chat without any topic, but in general this never happened in any consultancy, every consultancy conduct the first HR round and then written test or checking grammar skills. The person who called me for the Interview in this consultancy Named Deepak, He was not even taking the initiative for the candidate's whom he called for the interview. He was just sitting inside and making calls and other candidates were giving the Interview before me who came late after me, because their consultant's VARUN, MEENA were taking Initiative for them and giving them the Priority. Convergys HR were very RUDE without any reason they rejected me and some other students without even taking their first round of introduction. Don't visit this consultancy, Better go for other consultancy who are not cheaper like this consultancy, They are just bunch of RUDE and ARROGANT people who are biased on the basis of colour. The CONVERGYS HR was also making fun of candidate's English skills, when they are speaking in front of them. THERE ARE FAR MUCH JOB CONSULTANCY THEN THIS CONSULTANCY WHERE YOU WILL NOT FIND SUCH KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM THEIR STAFF AND COMPANY HR.

I was asked to be there for interview for some profile profile at 11 a.m.

I reached there at 11 and was asked to have seat.Then a guy who was managing the whole thing(i guess :Deepak(fair complexion with spectacles )) had a look and asked for the profile i had came for.

Then after 30 min that guy asked me to wait in another room.

Then what happened WAS THE MOST DISGRACE TO THE WORD "MANAGEMENT".

They called candidates in a totally misconducted manner.

That guy made me wait for 4 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES, in every one hour he used to come and show his palm signalling to wait.
AFTER 4 HR. 45 MIN. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON HE TOLD ME TO GIVE INTERVIEW WITH @!PRO FOR some different profile.

THIS UTTER NON-SENSE HAS CAUSED A DISAPPOINTMENT IN ME AND I FEEL DEMOTIVATED.THIS IS A DISGRACE TO MY HARDLY EARNED DEGREE.
THIS HAS LEFT AN UGLY IMAGE FOR ANY CONSULTANCY IN MY MIND.

They are the most deplorable, uncouth, nondependable, and utter time wasters to say the least. A girl named Ranju from their HR told me to come in for an interview after I submitted my resume online. The position they said was "content writer for IBM." When I reached the location in Gulmohar park, I was stunned to see an excuse of an office there. They have rented a ground floor of a home and turned it into an office.. that is not a problem but it was dirty as hell and no office structure whatsoever. They had 4 miniscule cubicles on the right hand side of the room from where I guess they make calls for appointments and that was about it. My interview was at 2:00 p.m. and I reached the office at 1:30 p.m. just to have enough time to fill in any paperwork required. I opened the door and there was this bespectacled gentleman sitting right besides those cubicles with a large table in front of him in middle of nowhere. He shouted so very rudely asking "What do you want?" I was like dude you are a placement agency and you called me for an interview and that is why I am here. The guy told me to take a seat. I sat on the sofa indicated and literally sank into it...no not in its plush luxury but in its totally dilapidated frame and almost non-existent cushion on the seats whatsoever. I literally was scared of some or the other bug climbing on to me seeing the dirty and almost broken sofa. Couple of minutes later the gentleman called me. I gave him my resume. He didn't even look at it and said "You mentioned that you have worked for IBM, why did you not put that on your resume?" I was like stunned beyond belief. I was like "dude you have my resume right in front of you, you didn't even take a look at it properly and you are asking me such stupid questions." Well, I couldn't say that aloud so I politely pointed the section where it said "Work Experience" and showed him the company's name and my responsibilities and stuff. He told me to take him through my resume so I started the narration. Suddenly, his cell phone rang and without even excusing himself and without even letting me know that he is going to attend to that call, he picked up the phone and started blabbering into it. I am like dude I was speaking here and you just ignored me completely and just went about your business as if I am not even there!! He kept the phone down and he looked up and said "I feel you are better suited for a content writer at NIIT as they will pay more." I couldn't believe that and confirmed with him that would NIIT pay more money than IBM he said? He confirmed. I said "okay if you think that is the case, please tell me where and when to go and I will be there." To this he replied: "I will send you two profiles on your e-mail right now. Go home take a look and see which one you want to apply for and then give me a call and I will arrange an interview." I said fine and asked him what time should I call him? He told me to call at 8 p.m. I was a little wary by then and I am like why would a Job placement agency tell me to call at 8:00 p.m. to fix an interview but I went along with it. His explanation was that as he had too many candidates to interview, he would be at the office till 9 p.m. So I agreed and went home. I went home and checked my email and there was only one position mentioned on there. I tried to call. No one picked up. Then I e-mailed the person back stating that I had only got one vacancy in the e-mail and I had nothing else to compare that with. Then I waited. I did not get any other email. Then exactly at 8 p.m. I called as instructed. This guy picked up the phone and I re-introduced myself. He said yes he remembered me. So I started explaining to him that I had only received one job profile in my e-mail and suddenly this guy cut me right off and said "I am out somewhere, I will call you tomorrow and hung up." Just like that. He didn't even let me finish what he was saying. Needless to say he never called back and never picked up my phone again. The worst part is that I went to the NIIT website and checked the vacancy there and I learnt that I had already missed a walk-in interview date with the company. Like I didn't even have to go through these douchebags. I could have just walked in. So please do not waste your time or energy with this placement agency. They are good for nothing.

Deepak is the person who sent me and my friend to AON, Tikri and the HR was Deepna chhabra. Deepak told us to remove our qualifications and just leave it to graduation as the company will doubt our interest in it's favor. We did it and the next day reach the venue on time. There were about 20 candidates out of which 7 were boys who were all rejected without any reason. So it was just the hiring for females. Deepak stopped picking up our calls to define a valid reason for my friend's rejection and asked me to fail in the test. Yash was another guy from this agency who again trapped us in the same job without even knowing that we have trapped him. I actually told the fraud they are doing with the candidates and he was just laughing on the call. Do not trust Axis consultancy at all. They are ###

Asix is a fake consultancy, do not trust them. One girl Olivia called me and told that there is a vacancy going on and brief me about the vacancy, I told her I will come if you guys are not fake. But I read the complaints here and I decided not to go, then again the girl Olivia called me to check whether I am coming or not and very categorically I told her look I'm not coming because your consultancy has very bad reputation in the market people are complaining about your organization and specifically a staff named Deepak after hearing this she disconnected the call immediately. After a few minutes, I got a call from Deepak (Self-certified HR), He started saying that...

Deepak: What were you saying about me to Olivia?

Me: You can google it whatever I said to her is on the internet.

Deepak: Those are not true.

Me: It's okay but I won't come because of the reputation of your organization.

Deepak: You guys do not know how to speak English.

Me: Change your attitude this is the region people are complaining about you.

Deepak: I will not

Me: Why the ### you are calling me man?

Today I am also got a call from this consultancy. But thanks to all dear friends who share their experiences about this consultancy on this website.
