[Resolved]  B S N L — landline phone not working properly

i am bsnl landline holder, my telephone number is[protected]. its not properly working, it was a mor noice when reciving the call and make a call, i was complint to my telephone exchange [ telephone no [protected]] .for past two month, but there is no responce, so please chek and properly thanks.

but it become useless after two days again.

My landline is not working from 15days, I have given complaint on firstday till now noone as rctified

In my home my father and mother is alone. my phone number at kerala is[protected].
problem : When I am calling from gulf countries conncetion will establish. but sound can hear in one side only. This is only for first one or two call. then next call onwards both side sound establishing.

Everyday I am loosing two or three calls. This complaint informed to local exchange and even complainted to district level.

My self Anil Kumar,i a have a land line connection from BSNL,We are facing lot of problem from last few months,our connection shows out of order most of the times,i have already approach to local Telephone exchange but there is no satisfactary answer,we are facing a lot of problem kindly look on his matter otherwise a will knock the door of law.Plz do the needfou,i shall be very thankful to you.

BSNL Telephones — BSNL Landline phone is not working properly.

The BSNL landline phone is not working /audile for more than a month . 4 or 5 complaints have been filed but no use. Phone number[protected]

Landline — Phone No.0120-2892094 not working since five months

My Phone No.[protected] is lying 'dead' since last five months. I have booked a number of complaints thropugh your automated system. the most surprising thing is the complaint docket No. is, every time, cleared without rectifying the fault.

I have also requested several times in the GM office at Ghaziabad but to avail. The phone is still ( it is October 3. toady) lying dead. Please set it right.

Bills for rental charges are, regularly, being sent to me without any service being provided. Kindly cancel it.

I want a broadband connection over this phone. If the phone is not set in working order. I will definitely have to some other service provider.

Dear Sir,
I have a peculiar complaint on my land line, it does not work from morning till about 10.00 am.
dial tone is available but there is no call possible.
only incoming calls work.
when given a complaint on 198 we get absurd answers that you have to surrender this number and apply for new number.
cam you please help in this matter.

My phone connection number is[protected]. We have taken this connection for broadband use .But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 or 3 complaints from net as well as through 198.
But this telcom. team not taking any seriously.They just call from his site but noothing result found.
I have seen never in my life such a miserable service .


Finally i use ur support.I[censored] can do somthing for us.
I will be thankful to u.

BSNL Landline — No proper working

There is no proper working of our Land phone for past 3months. Complaint has raised against this for several times. Still now no response from BSNL side.

Pls take proper action within a week, otherwise cancel the telephone connection. Its better, as we getting monthly rental charges without using.

My land phone is out of order since 24/06/2010. I have registered the complaint through the number 198 and the docket no is PL-6890. but no response from the other end till this day. Phone No[protected] Pallickathodu exchange, Kottayam district. This attitude make the customers move towards private service providers.
