land line phone — phone not in service due to cut in cable at road crossing outside the house

My land line phone No.[protected] is not working due to cable cut outside the house at crossing of the road. The phone is not working since last fortnight.
Please attend as early as possible.

BSNL — Landline phone not properly working

My telephone no.2542400 properly working at my old place i.e. sector-20 upto
23rd march'2010. I had apply for shifting my landline phone from sector-20 to sector-19 -C - BLOCK, due to shifting of my house. After apply in 27/3/10, the shifted connection will start in mid of may'2010. I request the Incharge that my bill is to be adjusted, than he will deduct 15 days rent and the matter was closed. After two months , my phone is always disterbed and not working properly, I always pay the dues of BSNL , Why they are not provide me best services. Pl. help me.

I have two landline connection but this is not working 15 days. I complain many time but airtel no any reply. My current complain no is 38125432 bina bhopal. My landline no.[protected],[protected].

When I am calling from my mobile to my land line number[protected] I am hearing the ring tone but there is no ringinig of telephone bell at home for the above land line number.

I think the line is detached. Please sir do help me.

BSNL Landline — Phone not working

Dial Tone is not coming in the Handset, Also tried by change of Handset. Seems problem in the "wire" connection.

Not getting complete details, complaint should be forwarded to the concerned office with the complete details so as if required, the trained team amy visit the location to attend the complete.

The landline number:[protected] and some other phones in the vicinity are not working for more than 2 months.
Several complaints have been lodged by other members but have fallen on deaf ears.
However,some phones within a distance of few meters are working properly.

There seems to be some disconnect at the local level.

Hope the concern is resolved at the earliest.

our telephone is not working properly. NO. is[protected]. In our line so much of distrubance and our net link is also connecting properly. In our land line some body's phone Land line is mixing and calls are comming. And our phone line is not at all clear. So please kindly check it out rectify the problem as early as possible.

BSNL LANDLINE phones — Not working properly

Sir,
our landlines 2242778 & 2244767 in Daman are not properly functioning properly since past 1 year. disturbance in the line.

we have complained several times, but the problem is still not sorted .

Being a commercial phone , we have printed these numbers on our invoices, letter heads etc.& as a result we get complaints from Clients for these lines.

pls. sort out our problem

BSNL — NOT PROPERLY WORKING OF LANDLINE CONNECTION

OUR LANDLINE CONNECTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IT PRODUCE CRACKING NOISE WHEN WE PICK UP THE RECEIVER AND LISTEN THROUGH IT. PLEASE RESOLVE IT

There is no proper working of our Land phone for past 3months. In my repeated Complaint has raised against this for several times. Still now no response from BSNL side.

Pls take proper action within a week, otherwise cancel the telephone connection. Its better, as we getting monthly rental charges without using.

BSNL — Landline phone problem

I am one o[censored]nfortunate customer (Varsha Saran) whose land line phone 27040102 is not working properly since more than 6 months by now.

There is always regular disturbances while making calls that the other person is not able to hear properly.

Whenever, we tried to complain in our wadgaon sheri office, we are getting reply's that there is cable problem and nobody try to solve it.They come check n go with no ultimate solution. Its been carrying on like this for 7 months. And of course nobody provide any reference to refer!!!

However bills are raised regularly and paid without fail!!!

I need your intervention and help to get assurance when the earliest the problem will be fixed and how the money collected will be adjusted.

still not rectified, almost 1 month going to be completed.

My landline phone 2660324 is not working since a month as there seems to be some problem in wiring. No lineman comes at our home to rectify the problem. Poor service by BSNL. Unnecessarily paying rent for it.
