Due to Wrong Information/ Cheating I have cancelled the Order INR 47,998/- on 18th March but still I haven't received the Acknowledgement,

And they promised (in telephone) revert back the money with in 15 days, but still I haven’t received any acknowledgement from Bag It Today.

Rebok/jogging suit — Not ready to exchange the jogging suit

Hello sir/madam,

I Ajit Pawar purchased jogging suit(product code-R197360 stock no[protected] dated at 22nd january 2009 from Rebok shoppee SGS Mall, Moledina rd., pune which is worth Rs. 3500 but I have purchased in Rs.2100 during the sale of 40% off.Immediate Next day I called the concern person to exchange the suit because of some fitting problem, but he refused to exchange.I said him I just want another piece of suit which is worth of 2100 and exceed amt I'll pay but still he was not ready to exchange, please send me immediate reply and provide me some guideline.I hope you people will help me out and if you want to contact me then my mobile number is [protected]

Bag It Today — Not receive order after payment

Hi,

I have claimed for free reebok watch on 02-Dec-09 and I have paid all sum by credit card.mu billing number is[protected]
Until, Ihave not got any package or response from your side.
I also got for the same mail of Reebok products, thank to get such fraud via consumercomplaints.
I was trying to place an online order for Reebok track suit online on 03/02/10 which was aborted by me . However within half hour of the same, I got a call from india today book club who told me that since my order did not go though online, i can place my order on the phone.
The staff had solicited an order through phone and I had placed an order through my credit card for a Reebok track suit, size Small on 03/02/2010. Since it is my first order on the site, I had also been promised the free Reebok Watch. I was given the order no.[protected]. I was also informed that the order will be delivered within 15 days and that i will receive a confirmation of my order placement on sms as well as in my e-mail.
However no confirmation happened either on mail or phone. I phoned the so called customer care helpline on 09/02/2010 where i was told that "my order is not punched in the system" . However, my credit card was debited on 03/02/2010!! On not receiving any satisfactory reply on phone, I emailed them immediately with all details. i got a reply the next day, hwoever i was told that i will not be getting the promised free watch as the order was not online.
following this, I asked them to cancel my order immediately to which i was told that my order is already "completely processed" so it cannot be cancelled . however i can "refuse to accept the parcel" when it arrives.(!!) However. i am told that the parcel will arrive in 21 days!!

The cheating/ fraud is evident besides the following issues :
1. the wrong information provided to me at the time of placing the order
2. Why is my online order/information being tracked by someone else (presumably their telesales Department) who called me within half hour of my incomplete online transaction and had access to all the information like my address etc. which I had provided online. Since the scheme applicable is not the same they should have provided me the full information instead of providing wrong information.
3. Refusing to cancel the order forthwith when it is not despatched.
4. No mechanism of cancelling the order.
5. The telephone call on 3/2/10 when the original order was solicited should be traced and analysed for all the false satements given by their staff.

Following my experience, I would also like to warn everyone from making any purchases from this site for the major reason that they risk divulging all their personal information to strangers which was strangely available to their arbitrary sales staff.
2.Also there is no clear mechanism of order tracking/ cancelling the order.
3. The staff is adept at giving wrong information just to grab orders.
4. The problems will never be redressed satisfactorily.
This is the worst and most hellish experience of online shopping that i had.

India Today/Reebok — not got traditional offer on the watch of holiday trip

sir , i have purchased a watch 4rm india today book club and i offered a holiday trip with the watch. and it last 3 month that i haven't got my holiday trip offer.

after purching my watch i claim for my holiday trip to india today coustomer care ..and my claim is not let activated. and at last i lost my hope of the holiday trip.

my friend told about this so i make a complain in this...........

Even, I have been taken for a ride.

I placed a order for Reebok shoes and free gift of Reebok watch (as welcome gift) was promised. The shoe was delivered on 20th February 2010 without the watch. After contacting customer care people (Sukant/Neeraj/Balkrishnan), they told that the said watch is presently out of stock but it still (21.04.2010) has to reach us.

To my shock, how can such actions are not noticed by authorities. NO CHECKS - NO ACTIONS!!!

Bag It Today — Didn't get the refund Amount

On 11th March 2010 I placed an order for Samsung Onia Pro mobile phone whose price is 13998 (Including delivery Charges). Required Details are as below

I made the payment using ICICI credit card number [protected], transaction number is 879183.

I canceled the order next day only i.e on 12th March 2010, I didn't use any services from them. Its been around 45 days I am continuously following them for refund the amount but they are not responding at all.

I have called them more than 10 time, initially they responded that "wait for few days" and we are processing the refund. Now they put my call on hold and don't respond at all.

I have mailed them 4-5 times but they respond with the standard reply

"With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we are forwarding your cancel as refund request to our concern department. We request you that kindly wait for some days."

I am really frustrated from their behavior. Can you please suggest me how to get the refund back.

Please also suggest how we can take such companies to consumer court.


PS : I have raised a request to cancel the order using your customer care also whose request number is 411984.

How can you process the order which you have cancelled 1.5 months ago, also I have cancellaion request number which your customer care executive provided (on 13th March), its 411984. Apart from this I mailed you on 17th March 2010 to cancel the order with the details, you confirmed that you are processing the cancellation request. Now after 40 days you are saying its been processed, its really rediculous on your part.

I have already said I don't want this order and I want my refund back many times, then why the hell did you process this order. I no longer stay at that address, so I have no clude who is going to refuse or accept it.

Please stop playing game with the cusomers, its our hard earned money. This time if I will not get any concreat answer, I am going to sue you.

I have called at your customer care more than 10 times asking the status of refund amount, but they put my call on hold and don't respond. Its been around 45 days I have canceled the Order but till now I have not received any refund amount.



30 days is the maximum time period to process a refund so if you will not refund my amount in a day or two, I will not be having any other option apart from taking legal action against you.

Its been really frustrating experience with ITBC. I have mailed you my concern many times and you just reply with standard mail.

Living Media - BagItToday 30 / 5 / 2010 — Non delivery of goods worth more than 1.50 lacs

I would like the share the pain and trauma I am under goiing as I am being fooled by a well known Publishing company (Living Media-India Today Book Club-Bagittoday) and how they trapped me and made me to part my hard earned money in return for false promises.

In April I got a call from India Today book club for free Reebok watch with Delivery charges of Rs 299. I went ahead for the same.

Subsequently I got a call on 30th May from them giving details of my previous order and gave me spot offer whereby they offered

1. Aipek Wireless Projector of Rs 70000

2. Philips Home theatre of Rs 25000

3. Gold Jewellery voucher of Rs 50000(all can be used in single transaction or multiple transaction as per my choice without any condition)

4. Return Air ticket for any sector in India

5. Payment in 15 interest free EMI starting after 2 months from the date of purchase

6. Felivery in 3-4 days with Gold jewellery vouchers code will be given immediately

Trusting the name and previous experience, I placed the order online by membership no. ITBC10389938.

However after few days when I didn't received the product I called up their helpline. They were ready rude asked me to give credit card transaction reference number. When I gave the same they asked me to give credit card statement with assurance that the same will not be misused and the product will be delivered immediately. When I gave them the card statement now they are not confirming any time schedule

I am already under pressure to pay amount to card company which I have not provided for and under going the mental trauma. How come a well known publishing company like INDIA Today book club can do thing like this?

Please also let me know will it help if I send a letter to I&B and PM. Seek your help and support.

Don't deal with such kind of agency I have place an order before 20 days every time getting different reply from various people. Some time we are not selling such product even one of them called me for same product and booked also. second these guys dont know in which location these guys were selling there product. And whatever they commit not full fill there commitment.
