[Resolved] Bag It Today — not recived right products | |
i have ordered for beneton style kit worth 1299/- and a reebok laptop bag worth 999/- through bag it today website,i paid total sum of 2696/- including shipping charges on delivery of merchandise.. later when i unpacked the parcel i was shocked to see that i was given laptop bag,beneton watch,reebok sunglases instead of beneton glasses and ucb cap was missing... i dint recieve complete beneton style kit which i ordered...... when i cabled to the customer service they dint respond me well.. i would be pleased if they provide me missing product n offer a gift as a token of apology towards me.... my product Id :[protected] consignment no:F[protected].
