Bag It Today — non delivery by postal department

The following is the mail I received from Bag it today and the postal department has sweetly consumed the delay till day and no furtherence, I foisted complaint through web complaint but the same did not last long before I jotted down the complaint Number- Please help tracing-regards vaidya
