Baggage — JetAirways Baggage Missing | |
Below is the issue I faced ( Satyanarayana Dhaveji Ch) with Jet Airways during my flight from Hyderabad- Delhi-Dhaka . I am working with GSS America Hyderabad and was on a business trip from Hyderabad to Dhaka through Delhi International Airport. Flight details are as below : Hyderabad- Delhi Flight No. 9W 2328 Flight time 0610 Flight Date 23rd Oct 2010 Delhi - Dhaka Flight No. 9W 272 Flight time 1230 Flight Date 23rd Oct 2010 Complint Number : 8933849 After reaching Dhaka on 23rd October , I found that my luggage was missing. I contacted the ground staff at the jet airways counter. The airport staff simply told that its a common issue happening frequently and will receive the laugaugge in next day. They asked me to file a luggage missing report with the description of articles in the luggage and promised to deliver the same on the next day (They asked me to visit airport and collect the luggage). But I really surprised how jet airways can mishandle the valuble lauggage through its clearly mentioned and specified by Jet Airways Team that the Good to be delivered to Dhaka as tansit. I came to Dhaka on Business trip to present a seminar to Highly valued customers , and my total importent documnents along with my valuable goods in the luggage got strucked makes me disappointed. Baggage Contains : 6 pairs of valuble/Branded Dresses Importent Documents - Agreement copies relating Project which needs to be submitted to the client on 24th October -2010 Some additional Goods/Items ( Shoes , Toilet kit , Books eatable items etc..) Jet Airways should stop international flights as they are not capable enough to meet global standards.I reached Chennai from Kuala Lumpur via Flight 9W31 on 27th Jan and was shocked to find my baggage missing.I had a connecting flight same day to Delhi and after reaching I had called around 50 times on [protected] (so called baggage helpline) and they hardly pick up.Foruntately by mistake someone picked and told me an update will be provided in 30 mins which never happened.Not a single call from Jet Airways has been there since I lost my baggage and I find it a shame to tell that I am a Jet Previlege member.

But I really surprised how jet airways can mishandle the valuble luggage.
