I had purchased a holiday package vide order no TRNPL/DLI/10-11/197996 the order value was Rs. 7000 Order Date is 25-JAN-11 from bagittoday(Affordable sales promotions pvt. Ltd,mail stop 1023,skyloft business suites,1st floor,advant navis business park 7,sector 142,Noida. whose unique booking id is 1436062081310 and form no. is 10211 and membership no. is BIT 110036062. I sent the form duly filled up with a dd of rs. 750. which has been received by company but I have not received any confirmation from their side regarding booking or processing of holiday which was supposed to be received within 3 days of receiving the form. . I m coming across very hopeless service from their company.Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
