I had paid for purchasing a watch on Bagittoday.com on the 2nd of February 2011 and as i write this complaint, it is the 18th of April and they not only have yet not delivered the product but also made false promises of a refund to me last month. I have not received any refund for the item I have purchased. This fraudulent practices of these e-commerces enterprises should be taken seriously amongst us customers. I hope the necassary actions are taken against the agency to provide me and the other victims of such incidents

Its not my first complaint on an e-commerce website. I shall be intimating other consumer rights agencies both at national and international level depending upon the response i get for my cause.
