I got a Babaj Air cooler (product code[protected] TC2008/2010), Invoice #[protected] ON April 7th 2012.The Cooler that was dispatched by E-ZONE was a damaged piece, I returned the product at the same time & selected a fresh piece on 8th April 2012,The same was dispatched by E-ZONE, the Delivery boy (Nandish) had no clue on the working of the cooler ( I was told Nandish would give me a demo on the working & Cleaning of the Cooler ).
In the fresh piece the water indicator was not working -this was informed to Nandish, he had confirmed that he will be sending the Mechanic. I myself had called E-ZONE the same evening for the mechanic's availability. The Manager from E-ZONE had assured me that he will be sending the Mechanic by Monday Afternoon. We had taken an off from office just to make sure the mechanic fits the Cooler.Since four days the Cooler has stopped working, the same was informed , complaint filled in E-ZONE and followed up from my end by calling the Show Room as well as one of the employees of E-ZONE on his Cellphone, every time i was asked to have patience for 2 days as it would be sorted out else the Machine would be replaced by a new one, till date not a single Mechanic has visited my place nor my Cooler is replaced by a fresh piece as its with in its Warranty period.
Please help us in resolving this issue, its either my money needs to be refunded or the Machine has to be replaced with a fresh piece. Was this information helpful? |
