[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. — No Claim Payment

I have got Individual Health Guard Policy from B.A.G.I.C. Jaipur branch from last two years. During my last year's policy No.OG[protected]-00001073 with period from 25/11/2010 to 24/11/2011 I filed a claim to them. There was a minor accident of my only son and we got the treatment done. We did not got the cashless services and we made the payments directly to the hospital. Later on we filed the claim at BAGIC Jaipur branch on 8-Oct-2011. We made a minor mistake that we have changed my son's name from ATHARAV SHARMA to LAKSHYA SHARMA and we made no intimation to the insurance company. This was our fault and we accept that. All the claim documents were processed in the name of Lakshya and we submitted same to that insrance company. Later when we were asked, we gave them written clarification for the same. Eventually while renewing the policy the change of name was done by the company. Now in my new mediclaim policy No. OG[protected]-00000967 my son's name is corrected as Lakshya Sharma. Now the insurance co. asked me for stamped affidavit for further clarification and I have submitted that also.
Now the executive at Jaipur branch told me that their head office has asked them to make an endorsement in the previous policy for the change in the name of claimant. But their underwriter has refused to make the endorsement in the policy which is already expired. Both of their offices are corresponding amongst each other, delaying the claim.Now I have received a letter from the company that my claim file has been closed due to noncompliance of claim document. They are closing the claim for the want of document which is to be prepared by their office only.What can I do now ? How can I get the endorsement made without their assistance.
The Head Office should understand that it is not be possible for their Jaipur branch executives to issue an endorsement on the policy which is already expired or they should give proper authority to their staff to this. Why should a customer suffer for lack of coordination among your staff. It may be possible that executives here are not willing to take pains for their customers and have refused us without even trying for the endorsement.
Whatever is the reason but I am the one who is suffering. Please help me out,
