[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited — non approval of claim | |||
I've insured my car Volkswagen POLO under policy no. MC[protected]. However my claim (claim no. OC[protected]-[protected] due to my accident on 3rd June 2013 was not passed in full because the company did not pay for the dent occurred in the same accident as well as for the loss of my wheel covers. I'm completely disappointed by the way my case has been handled by Mr. Mahendra Jangam where in he showed complete disrespect and negligence towards a serving officer of the Indian Air Force and harassed me mentally for 15 days for the same. i hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and take actions as required. BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE — Claim
Sir,In reference to my Claim Number: OC[protected]-[protected]Honda Activa), where in bifercation of Labour and Spare Parts were Rs.1700 and Rs.1588 respectively. Comapny executive himself have reduced the amount and sent the Labour Charges of Rs.1300/-, which now company is not able to justify. Executive did not click the photographs of Denting Painting, now when i have shown him the photographs which i had, he has sent the request to the company for the the mistake done.
Bajaj Allianj is refusing to consider the mistake and is not ready to increase the Claim amount.
Company has released a Cheque of Rs.1600/- approx for all the claims. Is Insurance company not liable to consider the facts. Their executive is saying if the work would have been done through Honda Showroom, Bajaj Allianj would have consider the claim at exactly and reimburse the amount. Isn't comapny executives liable to tell about all this before the claim gets submitted, so that we can go to the Showroom and get our vehicle repaired.
I am annoyed by such a behaviour of Bajaj Allianj Gerneral Insurance.
Would request you to please make the working in form for this Insurance Company.
