[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Insurance — No clarity on insurance | |||
I have been taking policy for my 2 wheeler with bajaj for the past 4 years and now inturn when i asked them to change the policy from comprehensive to 3rd party only they refused saying that they don't provide instead when i asked them to give the same in writing as why and as per which IRDA rule they refused saying to contact the customer care and when called customer care they said that the 3rd party is possible only if i visit the branch ,but when visited the branch they directly refused 3rd party bit they are interested only in first party only and that only 2wheeler are not provided with such policy my present policy with bajaj allianz is OG[protected]-00000076 Was this information helpful? | |||
