[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — PF Enquiry and Status of My Pf Settlement

Dear Concern,


I was ex.Employee Of Bajaj Allainz Life Insurance Company Ltd. and worked as Trainee Asst.Sales Manager in this Company .I was left the organization on 31/07/2012.
My full and final formalities was completed and I am sending a Provident Fund Withdrawal Form to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd.to 50 days back but till date I did not get my PF Amount and please let me know the status and when and also how much amount I will suppose to get.

I' tried a lot for my pf withdrawl as I was employee of Bajaj Allianz Life insurance..my employee code is 176106 and I send so many mails to concerned epfo department but still no reply from bajaj

Sir, ( epf no :[protected] I had worked with Bajaj Allaianz company as a senior sales manager in kerala( br. Kayamkulam) for 7 yrs. But after resigned from the job on 2019 june 3rd I tried to withdraw my pf amount. But unfortunately there was some errors like name mismatch, and adhar updation occured and I resolved all such issues with the help of one Ms. Ankita mam( Pune HO). But after that I again submit for claim. BUT it again rejected due to 2 pf account shown in my account. For solving that issue I again contact with mam, but due to covid she couldnt help me. So that I seeked help from kerala HR manager ( Mr. Alwyn). But he really disappointed me. I had sent so many mails regarding this. But he didnt help me. Finally I registered a querry with EPFIGMS, and tbey replied that my issue is date overlappedbin two account. For solving it they asked Joint declaration form, Form 5and 10 and a CLARIFICATION FROM THE EMPLOYER. I again contact with Alwyn, for the clarification from the company. But he shouted at me that I was disturbing him.

So please tell me sir, what should I do?? How will I get my fund? Just think sir I had worked with the company for 7 years. But after resigned from their, our employees response is like this then what surety should our policy holders get if an ex employees situation is like this.. so please help to solve my issue or direct me what to do or whom to contact. This is too inhuman to do like this. Also attached the EPFIGMS respond. Really expect a favourable reply.
