[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. — EXPLOITATION OF EXISTING CUSTOMER | |||
Hello I had bought a life insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company in Sept 2007. I paid 2 annual premium of 12000/- each but found that the policy value instead of growing, had de-grown almost 80% to approx 5000/-, contributed by insane market investments by the company and so many charges that the company further levies for its intelligence I have spoken to the customer care several times for redeeming the balance amount. The executive always asks to pay another premium to get this redeemed, and claims it to be a company policy. As good as saying "even if you're not happy with our product, you will have buy it anyway". This is just equal to an exploitation of existing customer taking that company stakes are NIL with him now.
