Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance — Wrong commitment | |
This is reference to policy number OG[protected]-00001499. This policy was renewed in Sept'09 and it was clearly mentioned to the executive- Suresh Velluswamy ( [protected] email - suresh.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in) and in the application form that there was a claim thru the previous policy which was issued by Tata AIG. I was informed by the executive that the company offers discounts and terms it as 'No Claim Bonus" and I was assured by the executive that there would not be any issues when in claiming insurance in event of an accident. On 18th Oct, I had a claim of Rs. 22,000/- on my car. Claim No. OC[protected]-00012234. The claim was rejected by the surveyor with a remark that the claim was invalid as there was 'no claim bonus discount'. The no claim bonus of 20% was amounting to Rs. 1800/- and the claim rejected was Rs. 22000/-, Fault - employees like Suresh Velluswamy who for his mere incentives give out wrong information. Sufferer- Clients who trust them as they work with brands like Bajaj Allainz. Request you to help me claim the insurance or cancel the policy and get the amount refund.
