[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Wrong commitment during selling policy

NOBODY EVER GETS IN TOUCH FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ WHO KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ALL THEIR EXECUTIVES WILL SEND AN EMAIL SAYING "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 4-5 DAYS" AND WHEN THE PERIOD IS ABOUT TO BE OVER, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE SAME EMAIL AGAIN!!!

They are FRAUDS and in association with Citibank they are selling their policies. They give high commissions to Citibank officials to sell the policies by any means - Hook or Crook!!

My name is Asmani Mallick.I complain previous also regarding Baja allianz.My policy no is [protected] and [protected]

I complain before also.

From their customer care Bajaj allianz is reject to cancel my policy.They cheatingly sell me policy and now they are not ready to cancel the policy.Even they are not ready to face me that agent who sold me policy.

Bajaj allianz is reply me in this forum previous is "We have noted your policy number and are currently looking into your issue. Our representative will connect with you and will be addressing your concern at the earliest."

but still I am not got any response from their side.

They just time passing.
