This is my second time of writing to you for the same issue "CR- 10599". My BAFL Loan A/c # is 205925, on 28/07/2009 I submitted Change of bank account "ECS Form" from Citi to SBI Account No.[protected] at the BAFL Hyd office, the executive's name was Madhav and I paid the charges of Rs.500 for the same. But it has not been changed till date and is still being taken from my previous account which is closed and I'm being charged the check bounce charges. Request you to please make the changes and help save "Upto-date" customers from becoming defaulters with no fault of theirs. I came all the way from Bangalore to Hyderabad to make these changes on 28/07/2009.
