[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — excess emi | |||
Sir, I am an Air Force personnel and presently working in AF Station Thanjavur please. I had a 2 wheeler loan from BAFL for Rs.36, 500/- in Jun 2001 vide proposal No.44421082 and agreement No.1266134 dtd 19 Jun 2001 for purchasing a Bajaj Caliber bike No.KL-2L 4398 for 36 installments. Whereas I have paid and closed the loan amount well in advance prior to due date. On my early payment your good office was pleased to issue me with "PREVILAGED CUSTOMER CERTIFICATE". On scrutiny of my old documents it is found that an amount of Rs.5400/- was charged from me as Security Deposit. It is understood that on completion of loan agreement the SD to be refunded to me. Till date I am not in receipt of the SD from your office. It is also confirmed that none of my cheque was bounced back due to lack of payment. Hence you are requested that the Security Deposit may please be refunded to me. Considering my meager payment and as a Defence personnel the case may be considered as a SPECIAL CASE. Your kind action will certainly help me in my financial constrains. Late submission of request may be regretted. A confirmation on release of SD may be made on [protected]@gmail.com please.
