[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — poor quality of engine parts and poor service | |||
I had purchased a discover 135 on July on 26TH from Auto Sales Scooter (18 A Kanpur Road Civil line Allahabad-211001) where i had purchased taken a extended warranty with insurance and registration from dealer. but today I went to Service center where my bike is repaired (engine block change)with Rs 3290 Rs. there I show my extended warranty card, they tell me that there is no any entry of your extended warranty. so please suggest me what to do for this that I had paid for extended warranty the receipt is attached my registration no is UP-70 AW 4886 AND CHASSIS NO IS DSJNZZRCA00950 extended warranty SERIAL NO-1092259 Service Dealer Name is United Automobiles and Address- 6 A PATRIKA MARG Denied to provide extended warranty because they told me that Extended warranty not flashing in the Records In july,2010 workshop doing engine work and change block piston and workshop doing again engine work and change block piston in dec,2011, after that again workshop doing engine work and change block piston in july,12 . i am very shocked to see the poor service level of the workshop, they change ring piston three times, it means workshop often used duplicate parts thats why engine started creating problem in every six months.after that i am facing engine problem that means bike had manufacturing defect but no one helped me. engine repair by workshop three times 1. july 2010 2.dec,2011 3.july,2012 if the bajaj parts is serve only six months ,it means bajaj should close his business. also bajaj is cheating with consumer as i took a extended warranty but in records there is no nay entry of that extended warranty it means bajaj is cheated me.
