[Resolved] Bajaj Bikes — Technical problem in New bike | |||
Dear Sir, My self prabhakar Lal my phone no [protected]. I buy a new bike of bajaj discover DTS Si 100cc on[protected]. My regn. No. :DL3SBT 2255. There are some problem in my bike the smoke and through oil in the silencer every service i told the mechanics of Authorize service center regarding this problem but they can't take care of this problem.My bike in warranty period so that the region they ignore my complanes. there are some problem in my bike. in my bike there is a loud sound and average of the bike is 45-50 km/litre.and battery indicator( -+) lite is alwaya turn on in the starting mode. i told the mechanics for above proble because i have going for 2nd servicing on bajaj servicing centre Rohini, Delhi.I think they are very careless about servicing. because i told him many times but their answer is same. means your bike is in proper condition. in my first servicing i was visit 4 times then after they solved my problem
So i therefore requesting u please advice me for that condition otherwise I have last option to go consumer court because i m very frustrated so please take proper action

in this way the front tyre gets jammed...
in both first and second service of my bike, i complained about this, but no action were taken on this issue...
my bike is in warranty period, so i want to be repaired as soon as possible ...

Bajaj — bike parts are in proper condition
Hi,I have purchased plusar 150-DTSi , on 22/06/2011.
bike speedometer and back tyre bumper is not in good condition .
After 1st service they replaced speedometer , but not back tyre bumper .i am not happy with bike condition.

My name is Samrat Sarkar. I am living west bengal in berhampore city( Murshidabad district). i am facing some mejor problem in my new Pulsar 150 bike which bike I purchased near about six months ago. The problem is Diss brake ic jam always and rear hydraulic is very soft and if I am carring women then rear hydraulic very down and handle is turn right side. Myself Pankaj Kumar Gupta residence at Gurgaon. I had purchased a Bike No. DL3SCE 5381, Bajaj Discover 125 ST from M/s Ambe Bajaj A-14, Khanpur Extension, Devli Road, Mehrauli Badarpur Road 110 062, New Delhi on 10/03/13, mail id [protected]@baldealer.com.
From the initial days I am facing issues in the Bike. There is an issue in the self start mechanism of the Bike; the issue was resolved by changing the new battery with old one by Ambe Motors, New Delhi.
After couple of days new problems arise in the “HORN”. When I use the horn in the day time, the sound is proper but at the night when I use light along with it, the sound breaks and the volume goes down. The same problem also occurs when I use brakes along with it and there are many problems which I am facing with my bike.
I was interacting with the customer care department on the regular basis. Every time they ask to bring my bike to their service center. They keep it for couple of days then return it to me. I check the bike thoroughly at the time of delivery but the problem arises gain after a day or so. I had corresponded with them through mails several times (Enclosing the referred mails for your reference)
The mentioned issues are still continuing after my regular follow up with the relevant department and also after changes made clutch plate of my new bike, problems the following still persist.
1. Whenever it get started it gives hardly 1st gear,
2. Problems persist sometime after suddenly give breaks and change over to top to bottom gear not get shifting properly i.e. gad - gad sound, after that
3. Another Problems persist jerk in running on road smoothly)
I am facing since I bought the bike and not being rectified by your department, as one and half Months as gone. I request if you could look into the matter personally.
Earlier I was using Bajaj Discover bike 125 cc bike and it was working very smoothly. For me bike is very important as I am commuting to my office on my own and I cannot afford to take more leaves for this issue (which I was taking it on the regular basis, since I had bought this bike I am very much fed up with the working of it. Therefore, I request you to please support me resolving the issue at the earliest.
Now, It is my last request you to either change or rectify the problems immediately, otherwise I have to take some other action.

i have Discover 100cc bike year 2010 and running 46000km getting vibration and sound and the beating also different

Bajaj Discover 150 S, purched at KLN Bajaj Showroom, Anna Nagar, from day one, after riding 20 Km or more / when engine becomes heat, the engine goes off, whenever i apply clutch. i mentioned in the first service at KLN SERVICE CENTER at Anna Nagar, Chennai. After 1000 km mileage, I rode at the speed of 60 to 65 kms/ Hour. then I found, the engine goes off when i apply Clutch to slow down speed or to change gear. Bike was again given to service center to correct the problem. they kept bike for 2 days. I found a little improvement. again the same problem exists. The mile age also has reduced to below 40 Km / Per Liter. We have "Hero " Unicorn" Bike. in which I do not find any such problems. In City like Chennai, the sudden going Off engine, makes me skid and danger of getting crash from behind.

I'm Veerabhadra and i'm using Bajaj Discover 125 CC purchased on 23rd July 2015 (KA03 JA5296).
Since i purchased this bike i'm facing one or the other issue like Chain bracket sound, Sometimes 2nd gear not slotting and sometimes unable to cancel the gear (e.g. from 4th to 3rd or 5th to 4th).
When i took my bike to fix these issues, they are able to fix Chain bracket issue but for other issues Service center guys say they are not getting the same issue when they go for test drive. i don't know how to demonstrate the issue in-front of the service people.
I think this issue is with Gear box or Clutch, but service center people didn’t agree.
Bajaj Being a big Auto mobile industry in our counter they are unable to check or don't have a control on manufacturing defects.
Request people in this group help me in this issue.

There are some problem in my bike.Iin my bike there have a major problem in cylender kit and its engg. is so noicy after 25000 kms. i told the mechanics of nirmal auto kaniana (mohindergarh, haryana about this prob but they are saying that we have no any cylinder kit to repair it. after some time its warrenty would be less. so i request u that pls do some helpful step for me.My bike in warranty period so that the region they ignore my complanes.
