Sir/Madam, I wish to inform you that I have newly purchased "Bajaj Discover DTS-Si 100" on cash payment at Chandra Bajaj showroom at Etah city- 207001. The details of my vehicle is as follws: Model: Bajaj Discover DTS-Si 100 Engine No.JBU BSG 58102 Chasis No. MD2D SPA ZZSPG 71050 Vehicle No. UP-82M 4541 Owner's Name: RAVENDRA SHAH SISODIYA Address: ALIGANJ ROAD NEAR VIKAS BHAVAN PWD COLONY MANDI SAMITI ETAH OFFICE:- PRANTIYA KHAND LOK NIRMAN VIBHAG ETAH, 207001 On the day of purchase, they did not inform anything about the vehicle, its maintenance, or etc., and also told to visit the Service centre for any details. At the Service centre, they asked to tell problems that I faced while riding the bike. I told all my problems: 1. Engine oil leak at the engine and silencer rod. 2. Problem in shifting First gear, every time we need to press the gear two to three times, then only bike is ready to move. 3. While riding the bike even between 40-45 kms speed, there is unnecessary sound. 4. Vehicle's pick-up/pulling power is very less. 5. Chain become so loose, that it also makes sound. 6. Very poor mileage. 7. Front wheel air pressure is maintaining, always lowers below normal recommended pressure. They told that nothing will be done unless any complaint is filed or reported in advance. As such the bike is new, nothing is required except change of engine oil. Dealer are sold the veedol engine oil of customer. but castrol is recomanded. And, the worst thing is the manager are dishonest and they are not giving back the our used oil. Dealer gives the extra money in service time in the period of free service in warranty I know the Chandra Baja service station is reimbursing a bulk amount for these free services provided by the Bajaj company, but not performing well even for atleast 20% and so. At the service centre, they are not propely answering any queries. They purposefully makes us to wait for nothing and delaying. I am from a respectful family, and working in a tafe ltd., and always talk politely and gently with everyone. But, at the service centre, they treat the local guys who spoke unparlimentary words and provides their bikes preference, but even not showing interest to inspect and attending our bike. They purposefully harass us unnessarily. What is the necesscity to get such an ill treatment from irrespective persons like them? My bajaj discover 100cc engine is seas in warranty period within on 9083 km is vehicle running only. so Dealer has change the engine kit on my money. when my vehicle is under of warranty. After that change the kit is not compleated by company. so he is not work properly. so I want to refund my money. and repair my vehicle is properly with compleat orignal part. I will be file a complaint before some time. I am writing this mail in order to improve the service and maintin the Company's name and reputation. Please do the needful. if you can't take any action within 48 hours for satisfaction of me.Than I can be take the help of consumer court against Dealer and company. 1). Problem in shifting First gear, every time we need to press the gear two to three times, then only bike is ready to move.

3). poor mileage after 1st servicing in economy speed
4). not starting in cold weather conditions bcz of removed choke system
my first bike ct100 was giving 95km/lit mileage
