I the undersigned wish to draw your attention, that my brother Arijit Sen approached before you for availing loan facility & same was favourable acceded with. Under the said loan facility you have incorporated my name as guarantor under the said vehicle Reg.no. WB0-1Y/0179, wherein, I have not signed any documents with you as well as no agreemnt has been signed by me under the said vehicle.In thisregard you have incorporate my name in the CIBIL report, remarks put as 'WRITE OFF'.

Subsequently, I have approached before CIBIL for delist seek my name under the list of defaulter as guarantor. The CIBIL has put his remarks and provide the Request ID no.787521 & 819533 & same is pending at their end & CIBIL seek informaion from your end. Your early response in this matter is highly solicited.
