I CAN'T UNDERSTAND SUCH A SIMPLE THING THAT THE MICROWAVE WHICH I AVE BROUGHT OF YOUR HIGHLY REPUTED COMPANY IS AGAIN CREATING A PROBLEM AS IT WAS HAPPENING BEFORE, DESPITE OF BEING REQUESTED YOU SEVERAL TIME, THE SOLUTION PROVIDED BY YOU WERE JUST LIKE BUBBLES, WE REQUEST TO ALL THE TIME THAT THIS IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND AS THE PRODUCT IS IN GAURANTEE WE WANT IT TO GET REPLACED, BUT YOU ALWAYS SAY THAT THIS TIME YOU HAVE REPAIRED IT PROPERLY AND IT WILL NOT CREATE THE PROBLEM AGAIN, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS ALWAYS HERE & NOW, INSTEAD OF IT WE ALSO SUFFER FROM A HUGE HUMILIATION FROM MY SISTER' HOME AS WE GIVEN IT TO HER AS A WEDDING GIFT, BUT DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND ALMOST UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM YOUR END, WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CHANGE THE MICROWAVE AND IF THERE IS ANY QUERY PLEASE DO CONTACT ME 24*7 ON [protected].

again there is a problem with the bajaj 2503 ETC microwave oven, it is not getting on, and as i have already stated before that i have given this microwave to my sister who has got newly married on 15/01/2012 as a wedding gift, as now she is in her SASURAL, and the product get defective its a very humiliation for us to bear any comments from her SASURAL, i have lodged the complain today with bajaj the complain no. is 3226684, please do call me on [protected]/[protected] as soon as possible and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir/mam,
I feel very sorry to say that i am loosing my faith in your appliances day by day, because i purchase one microwave oven fro my sister wedding gift for lucknow, the model is bajaj 2503 ETC microwave oven from delhi on 06/12/2011(tuesday),
i brought it my home and try to use it but it get shutdown every 2-3 seconds, so i call your customer care very same day for the problem so they said that you have brought it for your sister at lucknow, so you take it to lucknow there they will demonstrate it and will see what the true problem is, i said O.K, now the microwave has reached at lucknow on 11/12/2011(sunday) and
i lodge a complain for it is not working and also for its demonstration request on 12/12/2011(monday) and so they give me a demo no:-792265 for lucknow and they said the complain will be attended within 2 working days, but when today one bajaj personal come to my home his contact no is [protected], but he was totally unaware of the microwave we have and all its working,
so i kindly request you to please do kindly look deep into this matter and please resolve this as soon as possible, because my product is under GUARANTEE and also see that i have to give it to my sister in marriage if the product is faulty then who will listen the comment from my sister sasuraal,
so i please request you to please kindly look into the matter if problem can't be repaired(written that the problem repaired will not be occur in future)then please change the microwave as soon as possible, because it is in guarantee and i am very much worried for this, please reply me as soon as possible.
