Bajaj Electricals — Service Related issue | |||
I am facing some problem in Bajaj ceiling as well as wall mounted fan. I had register the complain in customer care and regularly followup. When I called service center that person said me the BAJAJ service is too worst. May be your problem will be solve within 2 months or 2 years. Means warranty period is over and after that they will solved my problem and charge me heavy amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

you are right about it. They usually attend to complaints sooner if the warranty period is already over or the fault is not covered under the warranty description. More over the attitude towards the customer is very rough, they squarely says on your face that they are least bothered about the complaints made against them. Why is this attitude? I have an answer "cause the company pays least or no importance to the complaining consumer. "THIS HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA"
