[Resolved] Bajaj Finance At E Mall Of Future Group — Unwanted harrassment and tried to compell to sign in blank form | |||
Dear Sir / Mam, I being a regular customer of your E Mall and Big Bazar didn't have face SUCH HARSH AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE. In connection to the cited matter I want to let you know that I went to buy a AC 1.5 Ton Split ultimately I and my wife had chosen LG Model : LSA5CG5VF1 along with AC , I also purchased some more goods vide your Cash Bill No:T8/10980 dt.12.04.2010. As your executive ( SOUMEN - whose behaviour not customer friendly ) told that you were providing billed amount through finance company in several EMI's at 0% interest so according to your rule I filled the form of Bajaj Finance as I was instructed by the sales executive after filling the form I requested one madam who was sitting over there wearing a spectacle on behalf of finance company to complete the formalities immediately. SHE IGNORED ME after repeatedly request SHE HARSHLY TOLD THAT SHE'LL DO NOTHING UNLESS AND UNTIL ACCEPTANCE SMS COMES FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. THE SMS CAME TO MY MOBILE [protected] AT 20:10:09 ON 12.04.2010 STATING THAT YOUR FINANCE REQUEST SF866949 HAS BEEN APPROVED BY BAJAJ FINANCE. Inspite of doing all the formalities for my finance she left her sit and wandered for one hour.However when I requested that Do you have any other formalities SHE HAD GIVEN SOME FORM AND TOLD ME TO SIGN IN BLANK FORM. As I didn't sign the blank form and wanted to fill up the form properly she showed most rude,harsh behaviour which I can't even in dream. My wife also asked me how and why it could happen with a BONAFIDE REGULAR CUSTOMER.She was showing her impatience all the time At last She told me to sign in Promisery Note WHERE SHE MENTIONED Rs.29000 INSPITE OF Rs.22977 AND I DIDNOT SIGN ON THAT AMOUNT SHOWING THE REASON THAT WHENEVER YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN Rs.6023 FROM ME SO WHY SHOULD HAVE TO SIGN IN PROMISERY NOTE FOR Rs.29000 SHE SHOWED HER ULTIMATE IMPATIENCE AND TOLD ME YOU WILL NOT GET THE MACHINE. i)IS SHE AUTHORISED TO TELL ALL THESE WORDS TO A CUSTOMER ? ii)IS SHE ENTITLED TO THROW THE PAPERS SHOWING IMPATIENCE AS IT WAS LATE TO HER TO LEAVE OFFICE ? iii)SHE WAS LATE FOR HER OWN FAULT BUT WHY INTENTIONALLY SHE SHOULD SHOW HER IMPATIENCE TO A CUSTOMER. iv)AS DOWN PAYMENT THEY 'VE TAKEN Rs.6023.00 AS 6 EMI's BUT HOW SIX EMI BECOMES 999 X 6=5994 =6023 PLEASE CLARIFY. .
