[Resolved] Bajaj Finance / Lenovo Laptop — Misbehave of staff member | |
Subject: Unexpected & undue harassment and abuse by staff for a rightful service requested by me at Bajaj Finance. Dear Sir / Madam I am writing this mail in terrible disbelief that the prestigious reputation of Bajaj can be so easily tarnished by some of absolutely ill behaved and unprofessional staff at one of Bajaj Finance outlets in Delhi. Please take note that this disgusting incident has happened to me despite my up to date full & final payments about the service availed by me. So, ironically, even the case of non payments leading to unruly behavior by recovery agents does not apply here and still I was humiliated by them. All I had requested was the original bill of my Lenovo laptop which I had purchased on 50% down payment and the rest amount financed by Bajaj Finance with reference to Proposal number:- 184218, dated 09/02/08. Now find below the disgusting sequence of events that has forced me to be seriously doubtful about any product or service of Bajaj: 1. I called up the concerned person Ms Sadma for guidance on how to get the original bill since I have made full and final payments. 2. Ms Sadma asked me to go to Bajaj Finance office at Rohtak Road, opp Maharajaagrasen Hosp., New Delhi as I went there all the way from Katwaria Sarai, which is appx 18 km(oneway) the reception out rightly denied that there is anything like original bill, instead they said that only a statement can be given. 3. I called Ms Sadma again and she insisted that I should contact Mr Sachin Panwar([protected]) at the same office and he would provide me the bill. 4. I waited for Mr Sachin Panwar for about 25 minutes and then he came out and said he is going out so I should contact Mr Yogesh Sharma at the same office. Again after some wait Mr Yogesh Sharma came out and without listening to me just sent across a message that he is going to a meeting and will take at least one hour. 5. After wasting so much of time and effort without any result, I called up Ms Sadma again and now she stopped taking the call despite repeated attempts she did not pick my call while regularly took calls of others. 6. Obviously I lost my patience and asked for details of Mr Sachin & Mr Yogesh so that I could make a complaint, instead, Mr Sachin came out and started using foul and abusive language . He even asked me to go to police station or anywhere and he would not care. In fact he started threatening me like a criminal. Now if an up to date customer gets such treatment at Bajaj outlet without even a reason then I feel sorry for the reputed name of this prestigious company. However, as a rightful consumer I make a sincere demand that the matter be investigated, verified and action be taken against the culprits at your organizational level with due communication to me, otherwise I will have no option but to go to the consumer forum or any other valid authority. I still hope that my interest and Bajaj`s reputation will not be compromised in the hands of a few ill behaved arrogant hooligans.
