[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv Lending — EMI card & loan account statement

I have purchased a Laptop through BAJAJ FINSERV from IT Supreme Mall, Kolkata in NOV 2013 . Last EMI of Loan amount already paid in May 2014 and a amount of Rs 199/- for EMI Card already paid by me, I have not received EMI CARD till date after been activated on 04 June 2014 . Delivery Status showed RTO due to incomplete Address whereas the fact is that no one has reached at my home to deliver the same. I have again requested to deliver the same at my permanent address mentioned in my USER ID 13665855 profile. Recently I applied for Personal Loan in Bajaj Finance and I got a Message saying that " Greeting from the Bajaj Finance. To Process your Personal Loan application Please reply CIBIL at [protected] to register your consent for CIBIL inquiry" I send a message to [protected] with CIBIL. But I could not get any response after that.
