Have purchased a Gas geyser about 1.5 yrs back.. Now its started with leakage problem and it makes noise after we close the tap. Have given a many complaints and after several follow up, service person came and informed us to change few things inside the geyser. Hence we have asked him to get back with price, as he was not sure about the price when he visited, now its been more than 3 weeks, that service person is yet to come back with price. We still continue with the sound of burning once we turn off the tap.. Not sure what type of nonsense service they provide to customers..

Water Geyser — Problem in Geyser since installation
we have procured one No water geyser in the month of Nov '12 and 6 times we replaced the heating element, two times replaced the theromstarate. this product is covered under warranty but still we are facing the problem. please arrange to replace the product with new one. I have purchased the gas geyser from you and the same was installed by your company but it is not working, so i registered complaints many times but problem not solved. I assume that you are not solving my genuine problem, I further request to replace or repair the gas geyser otherwise i will go to consumer court(Suresh Autkar Amravati M.S.)

I have a very bitter experience while using BAJAJ Geyser. I purchase it a year back. On the very day of installation it started giving trouble. Initially Auto-cut was not working, I called customer care and it was solved by technician. After 3 month started giving heating problem. Then after 8-9 month its tank started leaking then I got it changed from service center. After all these instance I called technician 4-5 times for some heating problem.
Now for me its about 2year after taking geyser it is totally scrap for me. Bajaj is saying we will repair the same will charge about 1000 Rs for that.
Looking at my worst experience with Bajaj product I request all the reader to think 10 times before taking Bajaj Geyser.

I bought Bajaj Majesty Duetto PNG Gas Geyser in April 2016, it is automatically turning off after one minit o[censored]se.
Technician repaired it thrice but problem still persists.
When contacted them through twitter, they refrained to give a replacement.
It is clearly a problem in workmanship or Manufacturing still they dont want to accept this.
I will never buy and would also advise you not to buy any Bajaj Products.
They are least bothered about their customers.
