[Resolved]  Bajaj Gas Geyser — Regarding problem in Gas Geyser

Sir,

I have received your mail but sorry to inform you that you have misguided me by giving me fictitous commitments again and again. Now you have advised me to install tulu water pump or increase the water tank height which is totally non sense things. I have purchased the gas geyser from you and the same was installed by your company but at that time nothing was brought to my notice in this regard. I have already informed you that in my society many residents who have installed the reputed company gas geysers, they have not faced any problem as mentioned by you as above. Last year you have committed me to replace my gas geyser if I got any further problem. But now you have not stood on your words. Being a Head of the Service Branch this is very bad on your part. I assume that you are not solving my genuine problem and you have not bothered about the customer grievances. Now I am being compelled by you to go to Consumer Court for the justice. You have harrassed me for the past two years, the same cannot be assessed in terms of money but I claiming Rs. 15, 000/- in this respect from you, Rs. 3000/- the cost of the manufacturing defected geyser, Rs. 5000/- towards incurred towards taking the legal Advocated fees etc. i.e. total amounting to Rs. 23, 000/-.

Have purchased a Gas geyser about 1.5 yrs back.. Now its started with leakage problem and it makes noise after we close the tap. Have given a many complaints and after several follow up, service person came and informed us to change few things inside the geyser. Hence we have asked him to get back with price, as he was not sure about the price when he visited, now its been more than 3 weeks, that service person is yet to come back with price. We still continue with the sound of burning once we turn off the tap.. Not sure what type of nonsense service they provide to customers..

Water Geyser — Problem in Geyser since installation

we have procured one No water geyser in the month of Nov '12 and 6 times we replaced the heating element, two times replaced the theromstarate. this product is covered under warranty but still we are facing the problem. please arrange to replace the product with new one.
I have purchased the gas geyser from you and the same was installed by your company but it is not working, so i registered complaints many times but problem not solved. I assume that you are not solving my genuine problem, I further request to replace or repair the gas geyser otherwise i will go to consumer court(Suresh Autkar Amravati M.S.)
our gas geyser bajaj aquatherm model GWX05 NOT wroking it seems that auto ignition unit is not working what will be repair charges for same can you give price list of parts so that I will change the same or you can send your person to repair
i am purchase gas gyser (bajaj make), now it is not preoper working so, please attend complaint. As early as possible.

I have a very bitter experience while using BAJAJ Geyser. I purchase it a year back. On the very day of installation it started giving trouble. Initially Auto-cut was not working, I called customer care and it was solved by technician. After 3 month started giving heating problem. Then after 8-9 month its tank started leaking then I got it changed from service center. After all these instance I called technician 4-5 times for some heating problem.
Now for me its about 2year after taking geyser it is totally scrap for me. Bajaj is saying we will repair the same will charge about 1000 Rs for that.

Looking at my worst experience with Bajaj product I request all the reader to think 10 times before taking Bajaj Geyser.

My Bajaj gas geyser gets tripped after every 2 minutes and needs to be restarted.
Can u please help fixing the problem.I purchase this product only due to brand name .B ut, facing lot of problem of tripping.

WOW. Unbelievable. I was going to purchase 6 gas geysers but just out of curiosity I checked this site. Seems like company representatives are not even interested in addressing your problems.

I bought Bajaj Majesty Duetto PNG Gas Geyser in April 2016, it is automatically turning off after one minit o[censored]se.
Technician repaired it thrice but problem still persists.
When contacted them through twitter, they refrained to give a replacement.
It is clearly a problem in workmanship or Manufacturing still they dont want to accept this.
I will never buy and would also advise you not to buy any Bajaj Products.
They are least bothered about their customers.
