[Resolved] Bajaj Gas Geyser — Non Attending the Complaint | |||
I booked a complaint about NON Working of Gas Geaser on 22nd May 2010 compalint No 263715 through Call centre. Geaser was puchsed on[protected] from Royal Market,Sector 11 Nerul Navi-Mumbai-400706. I am told by one Agency PROMP SERVICES Nerul that the person is on leave so I have to wait for more Time. In veiw of above Please look in to the matter and arrange to repair the geaser meanwhile review the services of the said agency who is not in position to provide services . In case I am not heard from I am free to take up the matter with appropriate auothrity. Bajaj Gas Geyser — delay in service
Repair takes so long in district place like akola for just a simple part replacement, good company. I feel unbranded r better.
