[Resolved]  Bajaj Instant Gas Water Heater - Px 6 Gwx — Dysfunctional product

We had purchased the unit on 15/09/2011. The gas geyser keeps turning off by itself and you have to keep switching it on repeatedly. So far we have complained 10 to 12 times. The Bajaj representative pays a visit, but never were able to fix the problem. The guarantee period is of 2 years and we have purchased it from Pramanik Centre in Borivali West. After repetitive complains and innumerable visits we are still left with a water heater that is dysfunctional. After we turn it on, the unit turns off and we have to keep repeating the ritual till we can fill a bucket. The representatives from Bajaj keep telling us various new theories - keep these switches on max at all times, first turn on the tap and then turn on the unit. Different reasons at different times. we have religiously followed these various instructions, but at never point reaching a satisfactory result. We have changed the batteries but to no avail.

The company hasn't even offered to replace the model even after our repeated requests. This is the worst gadget experience we ever had.
