[Resolved]  Bajaj Ktm200 — Poor Service

Hello Mr.Rajiv Bajaj & Team,

This is Mr. Nitesh R Khanvilkar drafting you a Complaint for a very poor experience and service provided by you and your Management which was not excepted & expected from Bajaj, I am a existing customer of BAJAJ from last 7yrs, as of now I am holding Bajaj 220F from last 2 and half years. I stay in Mumbai, I am also at a Management level (Engg) working with a AutoMobile Company Honda FourWheelers, This is regarding my complaint against Probiking showroom located at Kanjurmarg. This is specially with the person Managing at the location named Sanjeev, the case is like I visited a showroom at 5:15 Pm (IST) on Sunday 5th of Feburary, I stay in Vikhroli and the showroom distance in 15 mins long from my home, I was there for the test ride and to check out the features of KTM200 launched few days back one of my friend who stays in Vikhroli Mr. Satish Kharade he is also a dealer and has a Sales & Service outlet of Bajaj at Vikhroli he was also with me for the same and the Probiking showroom closing timings are till 6 Pm, we ask Sanjeev who is managing stuff in Probiking for a test ride, he refuse to give also we asked the reason he said there is no reason then too he said he cant give the test ride also said that he cant even entertain for anything please come tomorrow and started using abuse language he used the same words to my Dealer friend Mr. Satish Kharade, so my dealer friend contacted Mr. Dilip C. Sadhwani Sr. Sales Manager for Shreeram Bajaj and ask Sanjeev to speak with Dilip, but Sanjeev refused to speak with Dilip and said tell him that he is busy with work. This is very poor service and Management of Bajaj at corporate level being and making more good name Bajaj is spoiling all the credit in Management and its very shameful for such a reputed Company to Pay such a poor managing person at this stage where BAJAJ is in collaboration with KTM now. This type of Management is not at all exceptable at any of the reputed organization but now its about to say excluding BAJAJ as all useless and hopeless services are only provided by BAJAJ only that’s wat I can say.

I can only hope something from the Management Team from Pune if they can take a necessary and priority action on the Managing Person for the above customer service provided by BAJAJ.

Also please Justify if you can for such a poor person recruited for managing such a big task at Bajaj KTM showrooms.
