[Resolved] Bajaj - Otg 28 Ltr Tmc — Non replacement of Product | |
I had gifted my niece, who lives in Bandra with OTG 28 Ltr TMC which I had placed order from Roopam Trading at Lower Chawl in Crawford Market during the Diwali time on 16th October, 2009. The amount was paid on delivery on 16th...at the time of delivery when my daughter received the product and as she is just 12 years she could not check the product. When my sister came back in the evening and opened the box, she found that it had all scratches on it...I spoke to Harish from the Shop at tel no: 2206 6998 and informed him about the same, when by the slip of the tongue he said they had sent the display piece..I even went to the shop to complaint about the same when they directed me to the dealer for sending a mechanic to check the piece. When the mechanic came and inspected the piece he said that it needs to be replaced and they cannot do anything. I have been following with the vendor everyday but till date there has been no replacement... I think Bajaj being such a reputed firm should not have such vendors/dealers who are not able to attend to their customers. Please look into this matter, its been two weeks now..I have been trying to tell the vendor to return my money and take the machine back..I will have the same machine picked from another vendor..but its not being heeded to.
