[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar 135 Ls — VIBRATION PROBLEM

Address:Vadodara, Gujarat

Respected Jury,
I bought pulsar 135 ls in oct 2011. From start of my usage, the bike starts vibrating above speed of 45km/hr. And the gear shifting is too hard. When i told the service center about these problems, they excused that it will work fine after 2-3 services. But even after 2nd service the problems are still there. Due to this problems i want to exchange my bike with a new one. Please help me out.

Thank You

Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS — Noise from the bike

A strange type of noise comes from the back part of the motorcycle at the speed of 40 to 50!
Very bad Vibration on riding 65to 75km speed.
I have bajaj pulsar 135 ls .I have found from the beginning that the ENGINE gets heat up in a very short distance of 5 - 6 kilometers . Another problem I have of noise comes out from the bike from the back side .during starting, if the setting of rpm is below the 1000rpm than if race is given after starting, then bike engine gets switch off .
even i m facing the same problems. I think we all should get unite and fight against the company to take this junk back.
Adil, i have solution for ur problem, the noise is from the rear brake shoe, u mst consult ur bike dealer and get the rear tyre open and file or rub the brake shoe inside the tyre.
Same happened with me.. I was facing problem with Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS in Gear Box. I purchased in midnight black color, but they couldnt fix it.

The rpm of the engine suddenly goes high in the first ride of the day and even after getting warm.I went in service centre but thay told it is due to oil flow in engine. Moreover during releasing of clutch i hear a strange noise from engine. They say it knowking of engine everything is ok.Sometime the bike doesnt start easily even after a lots of kick and self. There is something serious with the engine of this pulsar 135 range. The bigger pulsar never give these complains. This bike demands more race to the engine.
Check your bike's sprocket and whether teeth of it worn out... Use shell helix 20 40 or any shell o[censored]r like only for this bike...
Change the tyres to MRF zapper series... Add extra high cushion for better comfort ... use xenon hid headlamp for better headlight view...

anyways even i[censored] dont do most of these.. just change the engine oil to shell. u will surely notice the difference...
I never faced starting trouble issues.. am using this bike for almost 3 and a half years... i never use electric start when i take the bike for the first for the day of even after keeping bike idle for a long time... i never use headlights unnecessarily in daytime... i regularly service my pulsar every 4 months interval... even my bike looks new as gold now also.. people even asks me whether its new bike or not... i have ridden 35000kms in it... now i am going for cbr150r as my taste changed for superbikes
Does this bike vibrates on around 50km speed? Im thinking abour buy one.
i havent faced ny problem from my bike its pretty asm nd i love it u all r saying that the bike gets vibration its not an 600cc bike that not to vibrate its 135cc it will give vibration its common in less cc bikes i rode more then 50000km its starts in half kick nd the pickup is gud then fz i went to an race with my frnd nd i won the race his bike was fz nd mine is 135ls

Technical issues

Facing technical issues in my bajaj pulsar 200rs
The 135 is a good bike for its looks, yes it does well with the pick up and speed too but the vibration is something we have to get used to in a 135cc bike with a 4 valve engine in it
